Nattokinase to clear up arteries naturally
There are credible medical studies that show the benefits of Nattokinase if taken 10,000 FU’s. It takes three capsules to equal that per day with these items. They are easy to take and they have a soft coating on them. However, it will take a while to know the true benefit of these so I really can’t speak to the effectiveness currently. They are easy to take and they come in a bag which is a bit different than receiving these types of supplements in plastic bottles but it’s not a big deal. It would be nice if they would come out with a single capsule that had 10,000 FU’s but taking three a day is not a big deal. They do recommend taking these on an empty stomach. I am hopeful these types of natural remedies will clean up my blood vessels and arteries naturally without taking any statins.

This supplement contains a nice blend of components including the one k was really interested in, CoQ10. The added ingredients are a nice complement. Apparently the are distributed worldwide as I found half the United Nations on the reverse of the package. Apparently, somebody asked about contra of origin, because they slapped a sticker/barcode on the front declaring the softgels were made in China.The supplement arrived in a sealed Mylar bag and were in good shape. The gels are an off white and medium size. However, the suggested dosage is three capsules and this presented a problem, at least for me. I had a hard time getting the gels down. Your mileage may vary, but were hard for me to take.The supplement is for heart health which is a little hard to quantify. I’m not leaping over buildings in a single bound, but as part of a healthy lifestyle it certainly hasn’t hurt.

The soft gels arrived ready to be taken with a glass of water. The soft gels do not have a strong smell, taste, or aftertaste which is always nice. The mixture in this supplement is meant to maximize absorption, help cellular function, aid in muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, support blood flow, and help with vital organ function.The MCT oil helps the vitamins and minerals get to the proper places by bypassing barriers and did not mess with my stomach at all. Sometimes MCT oil can upset your stomach or your bowels and this mixture has not upset my stomach or bowels at all so far and I have been taking this supplement for a few weeks now. I have noticed more energy in my daily routine. Not enough to warrant an OMG from these soft gels, but enough to know this supplement is working.I appreciate the manufacturer making sure the supplement is gluten free, dairy free, wheat free, lab tested, and made to GMP standards. While this brand is newer and unknown to most, I have tried several of their products over the last year as they offer fair values for potent supplements, and all of them have worked well.
