    Okay…I’ve used Biotin before I ordered this 4 package. I never get acne and for the month I’ve taken this I’ve got horrible acne! I’m actually really surprised. I know some of you will say, oh drink water, or oh eat healthy, but trust me I have because I do not want acne on my face everyday. NOW…on the other hand, my hair and nails are growing like crazy and i love it. This might be a really high dose, so if there is a lower dose i would suggest doing a lower one, because i think this might be a little intense. but if you want strong, healthy, hair and nails. GO FOR IT.

    Biotin is a God-send! (Tips in review)

    I am a HUGE fan of biotin. I especially like this specific brand because it is the only one I could find that is 10,000mcg and doesn’t contain a bunch of useless additives. Plus, I really like that the tablet is small because it makes it that much easier to down all of my many vitamins at the same times. So when I saw that I could buy 4 bottles at I time I was ecstatic!I pair my biotin with folic acid, b12, super b complex (with vitamin C) and vitamin D, which is essential to promote assimilation. For anyone who is having little to no results from this product you MUST MUST MUST pair other vitamins with it. It’s called assimilation, which is basically the term “you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours”. Biotin is absorbed better when paired with the vitamins above. It’s also extremely important to have a good intake of protein, fruits and vegetables. It’s good to get your essential vitamins from fresh sources as well.As for my own personal results, I have seen a great improvement in my hair growth as well as the strength of my nails. When I go without taking it for a while my nails become fragile. So I am definitely keeping up on my biotin from here on out! As for my hair, it grows about an inch a month now.I’ve noticed people also take this for energy and to increase their body fat metabolism, but I haven’t noticed any result for that and I’ve been using this product for well over a year.Anyway, in summary, I am extremely pleased with this product. It has helped my hair grow tremendously after many fun short haircuts. Unfortunately, you can’t do many styles until your hair grows out, but bition has been my savior.For all you other reviewers: TAKE OTHER VITAMINS WITH YOUR BIOTIN. ASSIMULATION IS YOUR BEST FRIEND. And don’t forget to eat fresh fruits and vegetables and have a good protein intake (meat, beans, legumes, spinach) because it’s equally important to get nutrients from fresh sources.Thank you for reading. 🙂

    Made a Remarkable Difference

    I don’t normally review stuff, but this product is worthy. I knew my nails had become dry and brittle over the years, but it wasn’t that much of a concern for me I suppose, because I’m a guy. (the tip would chip off then slowly grow back, whatever) What made me look in to Biotin is that I have (actually, had) a length-wise split on a nail that would not grow out and go away. Over a couple years time the crack had gotten to halfway to the cuticle so I realized something needed to be done before it damaged the nail bed permanently. To make a long story short, I’ve been taking Biotin daily for 2.5 months now and my split is GONE…completely grown out and mended. In fact, my nails have become remarkably strong, clear, and flexible. I first realized this had also happened when I was having trouble trimming my nails. Even squeezing super hard, my old reliable no-name clipper now did not want to cut through! Also, I noticed that the white “clouds” that I had on my nails have nearly disappeared too. So there it is, I hope this goofy review helps somebody else out like the others did me.

    Ya había tomado antes esta marca en biotina, me sirvió, así que volví a comprar ahorita que se me está cayendo el cabello, porque ya me había dado resultado, pero era en otra presentación, las pastillas eran moradas y eran para saborear como caramelos, espero que tenga el mismo buen resultado
