It works!
This is an exceptional product! I was having trouble sleeping and couldn’t find anything to help. I end my evening now mixing this powder with hot water. I add a bit of manuka honey to it for a little extra flavor. The powder dissolves easily, tastes delicious (especially with the honey added), and it is effective. I sleep through the night and wake up feel well rested – not groggy at all!

I don’t like the taste of the chamomile flavor…its a little musky and doesn’t taste like chamomile. theres also not enough Magnesium in it and doesn’t actually help you fall asleep.
