    This works well for dry eye

    After having surgery on an eye several years ago , my eye tends to dry out faster then other eye. Doing research, I’ve found that Omega 7 keeps moisture in the eyes and this product does the job for me. Would highly recommend this product to anyone with same problem.

    I TAKE ONE BEFORE EACH MEAL. IT SEEMS TO COUNTER TOO MUCH OMEGA 6’S I EAT FROM NON-PASTURE FED MEAT DIET. LOL. I SAW MY WEIGHT START DOWN RIGHT AWAY.

    Weight loss

    You cannot lose weight without this. If your body stores of it are low you will not lose any weight no matter what. This is what carries fat from deposits for metabolism. It does work. I have changed to making lunch my biggest meal and having something light like a sandwich, or just a piece of bread and yogurt for dinner and I am losing weight like mad. I do physical work most days, but a few minutes of burst exercises, with a minute to catch your breath in between will boost your metabolism for the whole day. Look that one up on the internet to see how. I have lost 40 pounds and still losing over the course of two summers (yard work and gardening). Look up weight loss on the internet. There is another single ingredient supplement that also aids weight loss, but I don’t take it anymore and forgot the name. It helped even more, but together the cost is a bit higher. I have made losing weight my long term goal and committed to it. If you do this and take this supplement you will lose weight. You will find if you make something a real live permanent goal your mind and body will get there. I eat only until I am not hungry anymore, and do not eat more because it tastes good. I stay busy with projects and find that it totally keeps your mind off of eating and find I often skip meals and don’t miss them at all. Things that really keep you occupied, like planting and hoeing or building a raised bed and painting it.
