I took this for around 6 months and did okay at first. It did seem to improve my eyesight to the point I had to get a new, less powerful contact prescription. So that’s the good news and the reason I awarded two stars instead of just one.On the flip side, however, I’ve been having more and more health problems that I believe are due to Astaxanthin. I tend to be sensitive to medications / supplements and so they often build up in my system until problems erupt. With Astaxanthin, this arrived in the form of a sudden outbreak of head-to-toe hives and swelling–on my birthday, no less. I have never in my life experienced such a thing and it was terrifying. Zyrtec helped slow the spread and counter the apparent reaction, but my skin has been getting increasingly sensitive and irritated lately and I believe it’s due to this supplement. I had no idea until recently that Astaxanthin can mess with your hormones, so figure either that side effect or an allergic reaction caused my issues. Whatever the reasons, I have quit taking this stuff and don’t plan to take it again.

Love this product mild energy lift
I have been taking this product for a while and I absolutely love it. I take it for energy and for some reason it works for me. I usually take it with just water. I have tried it many times and it just improves my morning fatigue. It is a mild energy lift but for me it is definitely recognizable.
