The capsules are fairly large, but they’re smooth enough and easy to swallow without much issue. The price also seems reasonable for a one-month supply compared to similar NAD+ supplements.That said, I’m honestly not sure what benefits I’m getting from it. I’ve been taking it consistently but haven’t noticed the improved mental clarity, focus, or energy that the listing highlights. At least for me, the effects have been subtle to nonexistent.I also struggle a bit with continuing a supplement long term when I can’t clearly tell whether it’s making a difference. An excellent source of antioxidants
I use this as part of an antioxidant regimen that I take for my hearing which was developed by the US Army for soldiers with hearing loss. I’ve been taking resveratrol for years, and when this came up for review on Vine Voices I jumped at the chance. I haven’t noticed any difference between these and the ones I’ve been buying, so quality is good. They don’t upset my stomach, but I do usually take them when I eat. They also cost less than the ones I usually buy without sacrificing any quality, and at 1/2 inch long they are small enough that swallowing them shouldn’t be an issue for most people.
