- NAD+ - The Key to Boosting Cellular Activity: NAD+ serves as a cofactor for hundreds of metabolic enzymes and is directly involved in cellular energy production. Increasing NAD+ levels helps activate cellular energy, combat aging, activate longevity proteins, enhance brain function, and improve overall metabolic activity - revitalizing your body from within for a youthful state.
- 360° Comprehensive Antioxidant Protection: In addition to NAD+, we've incorporated a powerful blend of antioxidants including astaxanthin, vitamin E, and grape seed extract. These synergistic ingredients work both inside and outside cells to build a complete antioxidant defense system, providing full-spectrum protection against oxidative stress with no blind spots.
- Fighting Aging at Root: PQQ, folate & NAD+ work together to repair DNA and protect its structural integrity. Stimulate the formation of new mitochondria, activate longevity factors—targeting the root causes of aging. This promotes cellular longevity, delivering true anti-aging (not just superficial fixes).
- Higher Absorption with Liposomes: Using pharmaceutical-grade liposome encapsulation technology to protect active ingredients from stomach acid, enhancing nutrient uptake and ensuring direct delivery to cells.
- Anti-Aging Solution for All Ages: After age 30, NAD+ levels in the body decline significantly, accelerating aging and triggering health concerns. That's why daily NAD+ supplementation is essential. Each of our capsules contains 150mg of premium NAD+: Before 30: Boost antioxidant defenses, proactively combat aging, fight fatigue, and enhance energy. After 30: Slow aging, reactivate cellular vitality, and reclaim youthful resilience.
- Pure & Natural Wellness: Our capsules are free from gluten, nuts, caffeine, artificial flavors, colors, and any irritating ingredients - providing safe, long-term support for your health. This product cannot replace medicine.

Due diligence says no.
I couldn’t find enough information about this producer from what I assume to be its website or from any information on the product page or the labeling to allow me to confidently consume these tablets. As far as I am concerned, if a manufacturer is not forthcoming with relevant disclosures about their product, sourcing, production standards and facilities, then the product is by all indications, not trustworthy.

Ideal for anyone looking to support cellular energy and anti-aging,
When I first opened the bottle, the capsules looked clean, well-made, and easy to swallow—no strong odor or aftertaste, which is a big plus for a daily supplement. The label is clear about the blend: 300mg of NAD+ paired with PQQ, astaxanthin, folic acid, and vitamin E, which feels more complete than standard NAD-only formulas.Taking it daily is simple, and the liposomal delivery is a nice touch—it’s meant to help absorption, and while that’s hard to measure directly, I did notice a subtle but steady boost in energy after the first week. Unlike a caffeine kick, it felt more like consistent stamina and clearer focus throughout the day. Compared to other NAD+ supplements I’ve tried, this one seems to pair well with antioxidant support, so it doesn’t just target energy but also longevity and recovery.Value-wise, 60 capsules at 300mg feels fair considering the added ingredients and the liposomal formula. Some competing products only offer plain NAD+ without the supporting blend, so this feels like a better-rounded option. The only slight drawback is that results aren’t instant—it’s more of a long-term wellness investment than a quick fix.Overall, this supplement is ideal for anyone looking to support cellular energy and anti-aging, especially if you’re over 30 or just want to be proactive about brain function, metabolism, and recovery. It’s clean, easy to take, and feels worth the price for the quality.

Want to try NAD+?? HAVE A LOOK.
I’ve been using this NAD complex for a bit now and it does the job. The capsules dissolve well and don’t leave that chalky aftertaste you sometimes get with other supplements. I noticed a steady lift in my energy levels, nothing extreme, but enough to get me through the day. It’s also really easy to use—just pop it in with your morning routine and you’re set. Are there better vitamin complexes out there that work more efficiently? Sure. But for the price, this is a solid option if you want something simple and affordable.

I liked this and feel like it energizes me but, hard to tell real results
I am/have been a little suspicious of Nad+ supplements and researched them. I’m not sure if they are AS good as advertised, but I notice my energy levels do increase when I take these and it’s reliably every time with these among other supplements I take. As with most things like this I wouldn’t recommend anyone go ahead and just make these a part of their daily life until the end of time, but it was an interested experiment and I can’t say it’s been bad. It’s always hard to tell if a longer-term health increasing item is really working in a decent timeframe, but it has not caused ill effects and seems to be what it claims to be. They are somewhat expensive and were not a wonder-drug cure-all but at least I can notice some kind of effect!

SIDE EFFECT: makes you drowsy.
While I do take herbal supplements regularly, after 2 weeks of taking NAD, I find myself extremely drowsy most of the day. I am forced to consume caffeine/an energy booster just to stay alert and awake. There has been no other alteration to my regimen. Just the NAD… once daily in the morning with breakfast… and I am half-asleep by 11am.IDK if it’s doing much else.

This pill combines four key ingredients: NAD+, PQQ, Astaxanthin, and Q10. I’ll review it based on those ingredients. This supplement seems designed to fight aging at a cellular level. NAD+ is vital for energy and DNA repair, and levels decline with age. Boosting it can improve energy and mental clarity.PQQ and Q10 support your cell’s energy-producing factories, the mitochondria. They work with NAD+ to boost overall energy. The final ingredient, Astaxanthin, is a strong antioxidant. It protects cells from damage and benefits skin and eye health.Together, these ingredients offer a well-rounded approach to cellular wellness, energy, and anti-aging. It’s a promising option for vitality. The pills are on the smaller size and are easy to use. The taste and smell are mellow. They digest easily.

Uncertain about this product’s compositionUncertain about this product’s composition
I would’ve preferred this product without the DL-α-tocopheryl acetate, the Niacinamide or the Folic acid. Also, NAD+ is water soluble, so the directions to take the product with water, make sense. That said, two of the added ingredients, CoQ10 and Astaxanthin, are fat soluble; I much rather take these two with a meal. YMMV of course.Other than that, I like the presence of PQQ in this product. I don’t get nearly enough of this wonderful anti-oxidant.As for the product’s effect on me, I think it’s gonna take more than one bottle of this product to ascertain its effectiveness, if at all possible; hence the 3-star rating.

I got to try this product as part of Amazon’s Vine Program. I get to try it and give my honest opinion without any other compensation. I also tried their Turmeric gummies under the same name of “Careleaf”.Upon my initial examination of the product it appears to be quite good – the ingredient list is impressive. The product smells fresh without any rancid smell. The reason I marked this down to a 2-star product is because there is no information about who actually manufactures the product and what country it is made in. I had the same experience with the gummies. Both say: “Manufactured For: Nature Max Nutrition, Irvine, CA” but nowhere does it say who actually makes it. For all I know this is sourced from another country. I also don’t see any certified testing on the product. This might be okay to use, but not a company that has built transparency in their product. That’s a big deal for me!I even looked on their website and there was no substantial information about the company or source of their products that they bottle.
