A good supplement, helps keep me going
I’ve used this for 5 days and it’s helped me push myself. I’m doing a lot of yard work and It’s been hot. I take it mid-morning, halfway between breakfast and lunch. I think it helps I two ways – first, it does restore my energy. It doesn’t restore me to the energy I woke up with, but it does give me an extra hour of hard work that I wouldn’t have otherwise. Second, I make a point of refocusing, making sure I’m accomplishing what I set out to do. Though this may just be a learned habit, rather than an effect of the supplement. However, I continue to have improved focus in the evenings. Overall, I am better off while using this. The downside is the price. It’s currently about $2 per serving.It tastes great right out of the package. I added it to a smoothie made with nothing but veggies to see how it tasted. It doesn’t really add much flavor, so if you add it to a smoothie you would still need to add fruit if you’re looking for something to sweeten it up. It is definitely a good product. I am undecided about reordering. The package has 15 packets, enough to decide if the benefit you receive is worth the price.

The product label of 1500mg is misleading. The actual dosage of NAD and NR are only 100mg each, 200mg proprietary blend with Quercetin and the remaining 1100 mg is “other additives” like water, Stevia, flavoring, citric acid, and xanthum gum. Very expensive for such small supplement doses and only 15 servings.
