I bought these for vanity reasons, but oh the mental clarity!
Initially I bought these for vanity reasons as I am now 40 and seeing signs of aging. I haven’t been taking long enough to see results from that, but holy mental clarity! I have struggled with depression and anxiety as well as adhd for years. While I am still a little squirrely I have not felt this mental clarity and happy in a LONG time. Even during stressful home and very stressful work situations I have still felt calm and happy. I’m sure its a combination of the supplements and not just the NAD but it is absolutely amazing. Only adverse side effects I’ve had are some slight headaches here and there so far, but my mood and energy levels have made it worth it. I will update with before and after of how it effects my skin after a month of use. But I definitely recommend this supplement so far.

Tried for 3 months and noticed its worth it
Been getting these about 3 months now, waited to review since supplements take a bit to show real effectiveness. Both myself and my husband take them (both of us are 49 years old). Taste is great- seems a bit grainy at first but its pleasant . Ingredients have all the things I was looking for (listed in title) and the value is great given it costs hundreds to get a NAD elixir at the spa. I do notice my skin and energy improved . My husband has also commented he feels better than he did before he took the supplement. So I would say this product is highly effective and we will continue to buy it.
