These patches stick well if you don’t put them in a location where they’re covered by clothing where there may be friction. Tried one on my upper thigh underneath shorts and it didn’t stay and vanished. Days later, I still have no idea where it went. They stay really well on the back of my hand even after handwashing. I honestly have no idea if this is doing anything to improve my health or well being. After researching NAD+ online, as far as the science goes, the jury still seems to be out on the ability of the skin to absorb it. I think it would be prudent for individuals to research supplements of any type before spending dollars and decide for themselves. I do think that wearing an adhesive patch is definitely way more convenient than swallowing yet another pill so will boost my rating from three stars to four.
