simple way to include NAC in your daily supplement routine
Without getting into details, I have a minor lung condition that exists and that doesn’t really need major treatment. However, I understood that NAC was a product that reduced inflation in bronchitis so I’ve wanted to try it out to see if I could experience any results. One thing I don’t like is the plethora of pills that exist in my medicine cabinet, so having gummies made this experience much more palatable. The gummies are easy to chew, claim to have a raspberry flavor which I might debate somewhat, and make taking this supplement much more convenient. Gummies come awfully close to seeming like candy.This formula provides 1000 mg of NAC per serving which is fortunately at the top end of the normal recommended dosage. I don’t think that NAC has been categorized as any kind of magic cure but something that can support smoother breathing and less irritation from environmental issues. Having now nearly emptied my bottle of gummies, I must confess I can’t say for sure that there have been major results, but I do think my breathing may have improved somewhat.As I say whenever asked about my reaction to any supplement, while individual results can vary, my results don’t necessarily translate to anyone else. Been dealing with a bit of residual lung stuff that never fully goes away, nothing serious enough for meds but still annoying. Figured I’d give these NAC gummies a shot since I keep reading about how they support glutathione and help with inflammation and antioxidant levels.Texture is solid—not sticky or soft like some of the cheaper brands. Flavor is more mild berry/cherry than straight raspberry, which is fine by me. Easy to chew and they dissolve pretty quick if you don’t feel like chewing. I take two a day like it says (1000 mg total) and the bottle lasts about a month. Sixty gummies, decent shelf life if you keep it cool and dry.Can’t claim any dramatic changes yet after a few weeks, but breathing does feel a little smoother on the days I’m out in dusty or polluted air. Also noticed my skin seems a bit clearer and I haven’t been getting as many of those random colds. Could be placebo, could be the NAC—who knows. Individual results vary anyway.Price feels fair for the quality. Lab tested, non-GMO, no gluten or dairy, stevia sweetened so no sugar crash. Tasty, chewy, and they don’t smell weird
So first things first, I read somewhere that NAC supplements can smell like farts. So upon opening the bottle, I braced myself. NAC contains sulfur, which of course smells like rotten eggs. So I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bottle and smelled berry. So far, so good…These indicate you should take two gummies to get your 1000mg daily “recommendation”. Personally, I’m new to NAC so I decided to go with just one gummy per day, or about 500mg. From what I’ve read, 300-1800mg per day is the norm depending on your age and condition and all that. I’ll go with 500mg. So far, no bad side effects, though I’ve heard the most common is upset stomach. And since it’s almost impossible to measure “positive effect”, I won’t comment on that. Some claim to have more energy. I haven’t experienced that yet.As far as something I can comment on – taste and texture – I can say that these taste pretty good. And that’s good because they’re chewy and a little sticky, and can get stuck in your teeth, so you’ll be tasting them for a few minutes. They do melt away nicely, so you’re not stuck picking them out.Overall, as far as gummy supplements go, these are good. Your mileage may vary.

Wow, these gummies taste way better than I was expecting. And they are nice and chewy, just like normal gummies.They smell good, like red licorice, and taste even better, like red punch gummies. I think the flavor is trying to be raspberry, because there’s a little tiny picture of a few raspberries on the label if you look closely.They are sugar free and use Stevia for sweetening, which is a natural plant, but I can still taste it in drinks, and it has an after taste much like aspartame in drinks. These gummies also do not contain: soy, wheat, gluten, eggs, milk, dairy, nuts, peanuts, gelatin, GMO’s, fish or shellfish, artificial ingredients or artificial preservatives.
