    Lifesaver for My Hormones and Mood!

    I can’t say enough good things about these gummies! I started taking them about four months ago after my doctor suggested inositol for my PCOS. My cycles were super irregular (sometimes 60+ days), and I was feeling stressed all the time. Since starting these, my periods are now every 30-35 days like clockwork, and I feel so much calmer—thank you, Ashwagandha! The gummies taste great, like a subtle fruit flavor, and I love that they’re sugar-free since I’m trying to keep my diet clean. They’re easy to chew and don’t upset my stomach like some pills do.     These gummies are a total lifesaver!!! I started them six weeks ago after struggling with irregular ovulation and feeling stressed all the time. I’m already seeing my cycle normalize which has not happened in years. I also feel so much calmer and more focused. I have been doing so much research on this and the 40:1 ratio seems to be perfect for ovarian health. The gummies taste so good and don’t leave a weird aftertaste. And they’re sugar free!!     Bought these for my lady, and she’s pretty happy with them. Says they’re easy on her system and help with ovulation stuff. I tried one—peach taste is legit, not sugary junk. Good product, no complaints here

    They helped my daughter get her period after 7 months without one!

    I started my 14 year old daughter on these a little over a month ago and she just got her period for the first time in 7 months!She’s had irregular periods for the last 2.5 years with suspected PCOS and they got a lot worse the last year with now 7 months between periods. The Dr said not to be concerned unless she has other issues as they no longer feel irregular periods with PCOS is an issue. I don’t necessarily agree as our bodies being regular is a sign of overall health. But I want something natural to help her vs birth control pills. So far these seem to be working because she hasn’t had her period since the beginning of school last fall and it’s now almost May! I would recommend these to anyone trying a natural route for PCOS. I chose the gummies because she’s more likely to take them over several pills because it’s easier. She likes the flavor. She hasn’t had any side effects.As of 4/20/26 They are current out of stock so I hope they continue to carry them and be restocked in the next few weeks when I will need to order more so I don’t have to switch her to pill form.
