I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about 80% full, which is pretty good nowadays.If used as directed it will last five months.The expiration date on mine (THANK YOU for not printing it on the bottom of the bottle!) is Dec 2027.There is virtually no scent or taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says made in the USA, GMO free and lab verified (does not indicate if it’s 3rd party).I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their website is functional and informative. It says they have been in operating for more than 20 years. The website has their phone number, as well as an email address and Contact page form. The website talks in general about their manufacturing, but I would like to see more details about the company, maybe some 3rd-party testing results, etc.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I really like this blend, including the lack of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to. I will never buy this brand again
This is without a doubt, the most disappointing inositol product I have ever bought. I used inositol from other brands and experienced noticeable benefits. With this product, I noticed absolutely nothing! No improvement, no difference, no results. It felt like I was taking expensive powder for no reason.Unfortunately the return window had already passed because I am too busy with work and school. I wasted my money, wasted my time, and now I am stuck with 3 bottles of a product that did absolutely nothing for me.I will never purchase this brand again.

I love these! I personally prefer supplements that are a “powder in capsule” type, which these are! THIS IS A RE ORDER FOR ME!, I ordered another before the first bottle was totally gone. There isn’t any taste or noticeable aftertaste. I would encourage you look up the reasons that one might take this supplement, however for myself has helped me a lot & been very effective. For my goal, it eased a lot of the anixety I had by assisting with that issue. I have ordered 2 other brands and have found this to be the best formulation and it is a 3 to 1 ratio which also caused it to be the best value. I have several supplements tha look nearly identical, so it’s the easiest way to use them if I just put them in a dedicated AM portion of a weekly pill organizer. The size of the bottle is medium as far as supplements go, and the actual supplements themselves are pretty small for these oblong variety (I have a similar looking one for something else that is larger!)Like I said this was a reorder and I would reccomend them, if this is a supplement you are looking to try for the first time OR maybe try another brand.

Fiance was surprised to not only see nearly 2 months worth supply, but also one less pill needed to take for dosage compared to other inositol supplements in the past (price point isn’t bad either imo). She notes no after taste, however her major complaint is wanting to eat past her self set cutoff times, which in turn makes her annoyed to either have to ignore her hankerings or give in and snack depending on how hard the snack attack hits (oofs all around). They’re slightly smaller than the typical inositol pills shes seen (nickle for comparison) but I guess it makes them that much more easier to swallow? Overall no drastic improvements to her life since taking them (no turns for the worse either), but she seems like shes still chugging along and for the price point, quantity and potential benefits it makes it something worth giving a shot.
