Nice clean inositol supplement
This inositol supplement markets itself on its being high-potency and NMR verified. Technically, these points aren’t as consequential as they seem. The 550 mg dose per capsule is only 10% more than the 500 mg commonly offered. And NMR is a standard chemical analysis method, so it’d be expected that the lab the manufacturer contracted for chemical analysis might use it. But I’ll give the manufacturer credit for the marketing in the sense that they wouldn’t be making those points if they weren’t confident in their product.Reading between the lines, it seems this product was previously marketed toward women with PCOS (it still kind of is, just not as openly). That’s certainly one possible reason you’d want to take inositol, but it’s also backed by research finding it useful for more common concerns like high blood pressure and cholesterol and even for depression. Be advised that side effects are possible at higher doses and the beneficial effects aren’t dramatic, which is in line with most other supplements. Dosage-wise, the manufacturer recommends 2200 mg, which is low enough that any side effects should be mild. Personally, I’ve been taking half this dose daily to provide a subtle calming effect on my mood.At 550 mg per capsule, you’ll need 4 capsules to reach the recommended dose. This is actually still on the lower side of the typical daily range. It might seem like a large number of capsules, but it’s unavoidable given that they’re size 0 (a middle-of-the-road size). Although not mentioned in the Supplement Facts, it’s probably a good idea to take 2 capsules twice a day to maintain a steady level of inositol in your body, which should also benefit absorption since you’re not getting all of it at once.As of the date of review in mid-May 2025, this supplement retails for $20 for a 1-month supply. This puts its pricing around the middle of the pack, and after a cursory glance at what’s available, I’d trust it over most of the cheaper competitors any day. I’ll therefore recommend this product as a good option if you’re looking for an inositol supplement.

Lots of pills
Seems like decent quality, good inositol but… you have to take so so many. It’s a pain in the butt to take so many pills just to get only a small amount. Inositol is recommenced often for PCOS (now PMOS) but this is just a lot of pills on top of all the other medicine I take. It doesn’t have any side effects, but it also doesn’t have anything in addition to it, so it’s not any kind of combination pill that would reduce the amount of pills taken. It’s a 30 day supply with how they recommend to take it, which for $20 is a little pricey. Not my favorite inositol supplement, but it does work.

Easy to take and a good addition to my routine
I ordered this because I was interested in trying myo-inositol and have been taking it consistently since it arrived. The supplement has been easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and I haven’t experienced any unpleasant side effects or tolerance issues.One thing I appreciate is that it’s labeled gluten-free. As someone with celiac disease, I have to be cautious about every supplement I take, and I’ve had no problems with this product.I’ve been making a number of health-related changes recently, so I can’t confidently attribute any particular improvement to one supplement alone. What I can say is that I’ve had a positive experience taking it, I’ve tolerated it well, and I feel comfortable continuing to use it.For anyone looking for a gluten-free myo-inositol supplement, this one has worked well for me so far.

Simple, just myo-inositol in a capsule
This is a 30-day supply (at 4 capsules per day) of myo-inositol. It’s used primarily to support hormonal balance for a steady mood. I can’t say I’ve felt a difference yet, but I’ll keep taking them and update when I’m closer to finishing up the bottle. The capsules are large but tapered, tasteless, and not very hard to take, thanks to the gelcap exterior. They’re an even bright white color and free of escaped loose powder. I like the simple formulation with no unnecessary additives. Among myo-inositol supplements I’d say this one has good quality and reasonable value for a 30-day supply.

Potential supplementPotential supplement
This supplement, myo-inositol is a pure formula put forth by Fresh Nutrition. There are absolutely no additives or fillers, just pure myo-inositol in a veggie cap.They are non GMO, gluten, dairy and soy free, and are vegan. This company is out of Irvine, CA and this product is third party tested.I am taking this to balance my hormones as well as to keep my cholesterol and blood sugar in check. I feel good about the quality that this brand puts forth as everything is pure and clean. The price is in line with other similar supplements of this nature. The only negative is that it is a four capsule dosage which when added to my small mountain of other supplements that I take, is quite a lot. That being said, the pills are small and easy to take and are taste and odor free. Time will tell if I find these to be of measurable benefit to me and I will update my review after a month of taking these, but I’m confident that with the simple purity of ingredients this supplement will be helpful.
