Nice blend
This is a pretty nice blend. All the major ones are 10:1 extractions… that being the Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail, Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga and Marshmallow root. The additional proprietary blend is like a mix of every other minor player mushroom they could come up with to throw in the pot for good measure. They don’t specify on the label what the extraction method is but they do have it stamped non-gmo, lab tested and made in USA. The taste is amazing, as mushroom blends go, very chocolatey. It’s a total shame you don’t taste anything just swallowing the capsule but if you don’t like mushrooms it’s a good way to go. I’m used to mushroom powders in my morning cup of coffee and I’ll be emptying one of these caps in going forward. My only real complaint is the plastic container could easily hold three times the amount of product so it feels a little wasteful.

I find the nutritionals confusing
A serving of these vitamins is 2 capsules. Each mushroom is listed seperately on the nutritionals with the amount per serving to the far right. But under each mushroom is given a ‘equivalent to’ amount and that amount is in the title of this listing. So for example, the Lions Mane Mushroom has 300mg per serving ( or 150mg per capsule) but they are stating it is equivalent to 3000mg due to a 10:1 extract. I have no idea of the validity of this statement, but wanted to share.The capsules are on the smaller side and are easy to swallow. I did notice a slight earthy taste, but only when I first put them in my mouth. No repeat.

Falls a tad short on each supplement
I usually don’t take supplements if they have more than 2 primary ingredients. You get a lower dosage of each supplement and you can never be certain that all the products are quality. I alternate brands anytime I find a new one and recently started trying multiple supplements in one capsule. The mg is much lower than taking each one independently and you can notice the difference with this one. I noticed a drop off in cognitive function when compared to other brands and I’d up the dosage, but given there being more than 4 supplements in one capsule, it’s not a risk I’m willing to take.

Easy way to get my mushroomsEasy way to get my mushrooms
First, I love that this product is made in the USA and lab certified for content and quality.I really appreciate that the capsule size is medium, sometimes it’s getting difficult for me to swallow large capsules as I get older. These go down easily.This has a plethora of mushroom types which is cool, each type has their purported benefits and can be hard to find at times.One of my favorite things is to drink my mushrooms in a mix with cacao, mushrooms, and more. My problem is that those premade mixes are very expensive! I got these mushrooms supplements so that I can make my own beverage. I mix 1/2 – 1 TBSP of raw organic cacao, the contents of two of these mushroom capsules, and some water or milk. I mix that in a little hot chocolate maker I have and it makes a delicious healthy drink. I find this to be a really enjoyable way to take my mushroom capsules at a more affordable cost than the prepared mixes I’ve purchased before. I actually like the taste of these better too.
