Good value for 6 different types of mushrooms in a medicinal capsule
If you don’t know the potential benefits of mushrooms to improve your health I encourage you to research the subject. If you already know how they may help, this supplement combines several types of mushroom extracts into one capsule so it helps with the value as well as being an efficient formula. One thing I like is that they tell you it is manufactured in India and only formulated in the USA. Having worked in the industry for many years I can tell you that a majority of the generic prescriptions come from India. I have been in these manufacturing plants and they are inspected by the FDA and follow GMP. I often see other companies advertise “Formulated in the USA” and people without inside knowledge believe that means Manufactured. TenMid has done it right by being transparent.

As you may or may not know, each mushroom type has different properties, different benefits for including in the diet. It’s hard (and expensive) to try to get some of all the best of them by purchasing the products separately, so I greatly appreciate being able to get the entire complex together like this.it’s also pretty cool that it’s manufactured in a FDA-registered facility and that it is both non-GMO and gluten-free/vegetarian. It would be even cooler if they were to back up their third-party independent laboratory testing to ensure the contents and levels of active ingredients with some sort of printout on the product page or included in box that it comes in. Without that, can I really be certain that it is just words? Maybe they will add this at some point. If they do, I will change my rating to 5 instead of 4.

Nice combination of mushroom varieties
This mushroom complex capsule has a blend of lion’s mane, turkey tail, cordyceps, reishi, maitake, chaga, shiitaki, enoki, agaricus, oyster, ginko biloba, bacopa, and gota kola in a vegetable (hidroxyproyl methylcelluose) capsule. They recommend a single capsule a day. The label states it is halal, kosher, vegan, gluten free, GMO free, quality tested and produced in a GMP facility.I find these to be a good addition to my daily supplement regimen. They are easy to swallow and do not cause me any gastrointestinal distress.

When I look for mushroom supplements, I make sure that it is made of fruiting bodies only instead of mycellium fillers, which is crucial for maximum nutrient benefits. On top of that, it needs to be natural, non-gmo and vegan. This product met my criteria. Love the fact that it also included 3 different types of plants, so that’s a bonus for me since I don’t eat as much veggies.Now, the downside is that I cannot find any reputable information regarding this brand. The store’s own website is noninteractive. When you click on the website’s product page, it brings you to a void 404 page with Vietnamese texts. That makes me feel very sketchy about this brand. I like brands to be fully transparent for safety and quality reassurance.
