I tried this multivitamin because of all the great reviews of the good effect on hair. I have already finished the first bottle and must say that I feel my hair is not falling as much. I already ordered a second bottle and will see if good results continue and/or improve. Cannot say anything yet about the effect in grey hair though, have not really noticed change .

Good vitamin source
This liquid vitamin is a good source of the various vitamins and minerals needed for your daily intake. My daughter and I mix the 2 TBS in orange juice because the taste is a little strong for our liking. We both agree that we feel like we have more energy when we take it each day. It is so much better than taking a tablet form of vitamin.

Love this stuff
I haven’t re ordered in awhile because although I love the taste and the size of the bottle I’m not sure I feel it working. It is more gentle with my body and the way I react when taking a vitamin that it makes me feel like maybe it’s not working like vitamins do on me. But I will be ordering more as my gummy vitamins run out. I love the flavor!

Top of the line products
Easy to take, you can mix with everything liquid. Taste not bad. It’s healthier than taking a pill, doesn’t upset the stomach. It’s effectiveness hasn’t worked for me personally as far as helping to keep iron levels normal, so while it’s a great product and works for some, it just depends on the person I think. But I love Mary Ruth products they are great, and my daughter swears by them.

Arrived tasting and smelling off
Arrived smelling and tasting off like it had been stored in the heat or something. I’ve tried the other flavors and they didn’t come like this. I think it went bad.

Tastes great and easy to take!
I’m really happy with this liquid multimineral. It actually tastes good, which makes it so much easier to take consistently, and it’s easy to digest without leaving me feeling uncomfortable. I much prefer this to swallowing a bunch of pills. Great option if you’re looking for an easy-to-take liquid mineral supplement!
