I’ve only been taking these for a little over 2weeks now and have felt a positive difference in my energy and mood. (Before I was taking only B-complex, Vit C and Biotin). I still take them with this pack. I’ve noticed i’m not as easily overstimulated which is a big deal for me. Recovery after a long day strenuous day is shorter. And ofcourse the biggest thing, the convenience of the packaging. I throw a pack in all my bags just in case I run out the door and forget. So handy! I would definitely recommend 100%.

Aftertaste
I love these vitamins for the value and the improved benefits of them. They’re great and I’m on month three. But now that you’ve changed from the rectangle box to the square box, there’s an awful aftertaste in one of the five vitamins that was not there in the previous two rectangle boxes I’ve had. I’m guessing manufacturer change. Please change it back if at all possible.

I’ve tried a lot of women’s multivitamins, and most are either too many pills or too harsh on my stomach. These are easy to keep up with, and I like that they cover more than just the basics. I’ve noticed less fatigue and my hair/nails feel stronger. Nothing life-changing, but a solid, convenient pick I’ll keep using.
