Large capsules and best taken with food
This supplement has a good blend of ingredients, including multiple types of collagen along with turmeric, biotin, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C, which is appealing on paper. However, my experience with it was mixed.The capsules are fairly large and I found them a bit difficult to swallow. I also noticed that if I didn’t take them with a meal, they tended to upset my stomach. Taking them with food helped, but it’s something to be aware of.After using the bottle, I also didn’t notice any significant benefits. The serving size of this collagen supplement is three capsules, but I’ve only been taking two because it includes such a high amount of biotin. That’s something people should be aware of if they’re already taking a separate biotin supplement. This formula has three types of collagen instead of the five I usually take, and it includes both bovine (not grass-fed) and marine sources. It doesn’t list the country of origin, which I wish it did, but the capsules themselves have no taste or smell. they are large but easy to swallow. It’s made in the USA, although I didn’t see any independent third‑party lab testing listed. This may be fine for some people but after I finish this bottle I’m going back to my five types of collagen and separate biotin supplements.

Multi collagen I,II, III – a big plus
I am very impressed that this supplement has level I,II, and III collagen. Since I am as old as dirt I need as much bioavailabile collagen as possible to help my skin and hair. The biotin milligrams is what I am used to taking. I didn’t realize there was a difference in regular turmeric and fermented turmeric. I found out that the fermented is easier to absorb so easier on my stomach. I’ve been taking this about a month. So far so good – supple skin, no new wrinkles , strong hair shafts . The capsules themselves are easy to take, which is a big plus. There’s no strong smell or unpleasant taste. As with all supplements, consult your health care provider and do your due diligence.

Collagen from Cow, Chicken, and Fish
All of the collagen is from cow, chicken, and fish, and the amount of collagen is close to the lower limit of effectiveness. The biotin, at 5000 mcg, is fairly high. The rest of it seems fairly straightforward, including Vitamin C, turmeric root powder, hyaluronic acid, and black pepper. The capsules are standard size, 3 capsules per day, 30 day supply in each bottle. Each capsule is easy to swallow with minimal taste. The taste is very strong and powdery if you accidentally bite a capsule open, and I do not recommend. It made it much harder to swallow.Overall a solid supplement that is exactly as described. 1 year shelf life.
