Mullein is my “go to” supplement for lung support. I make sure I always have some on hand, particularly during cold and flu season and allergy season. Which, here in the south… is Monday through Sunday…Mullein acts as a natural expectorant, so it helps with expelling mucous. A cough becomes productive. I really appreciate that this is a natural way to promote this type of lung health.There are basically three ways to ingest mullein: Teas, drops, or gummy products. Believe me, gummy products are by far the most convenient and most pleasant. This product does not disappoint because it has a delicious natural pear flavor. Moreover, the coloring is from the natural pear juice. I will warn you that a serving contains 2 grams of added sugar, so if sugar is an issue for you, please keep that in mind.Also, if you are trying to avoid gelatin products, these gummies have you covered because they are made with pectin and carnauba wax.Overall, I am very pleased with this product. It is effective and it tastes great. Two thumbs up!
