Would have been great if it didn’t have alcohol
This was okay but I didn’t like that for kids it has alcohol in it. So because of that I gave it to my adult cousin who has ADHD.

Contains alcohol
what is a bit concerning to me about the supplement is that it is targeted towards children and it contains grain alcohol. This seems unusual for a liquid drop supplement, especially one for kids. The other thing is that the grain alcohol also shows up in the taste of these drops. They have a rather overpowering taste – I think was intended to be sweet, but just doesn’t taste that great. It’s too bad because the ingredients are something to feel good about as they include ginseng, ginkgo biloba, gotu kola and valerian root. However, this raises yet another disappointing aspect about the supplement in that these quality ingredients are included in a proprietary blend, hence, it is unknown how much of each ingredient there actually is in the supplement. The serving size recommendation varies by the age – for children 6 to 11 years old they recommend 1/8 of a teaspoon and 1/4 of a teaspoon for children who are 12 or older. They also suggest taking this 1 to 4 times daily. Therein lies another disappointing feature of the supplement because, if this supplement is taken four times daily, there’s only 48 servings, so that would only last 12 days making this a poor value. It is nice to see that the supplement is GMP certified and made in the USA, however, this does little to quell the aforementioned concerns with the supplement.

Doesn’t taste good and has grain alcohol
Okay this has lots of really cool ingredients for focus and helping with mental stability… But the extra ingredients are curious. For one thing it tastes pretty bad, which I thought might be okay at first cuz that meant it probably didn’t have a bunch of sugars and syrupy flavors… That’s a good thing!. Except of course you do want the kids to take it and not hate it, but you also don’t need them begging for more because it tastes like candy either 🙄 so I reconciled that part in my head. But then I saw it has 5-10% organic grain alcohol.. and it has the word calming on the descriptions, so I suspect that’s the job of the alcohol? And I don’t know that I find that very calming or comforting given that it’s labeled to be for kids.I mean maybe that’s okay cuz it does have some really great other ingredients! And cold medicines and things like that have alcohol.. I just was surprised to see it and felt like I should convey that clearly to potential purchasers.I’m going to be using it for myself sometimes but even I have some trepidation over the alcohol part. 🤔4 stars is the highest I give any supplement! Because I can’t test the efficacy…. So really I only knocked it down one star from the highest I would give any supplement because of the little alcohol but… And a little bit for the pretty terrible taste.
