Helping my hair and skin postpartum
These vitamins have been so helpful and I have seen a difference in hair regrowth and skin health postpartum. I had bald patches and significant hair loss at 4 months postpartum (when I started taking these) and now I am 6 months and my baby hairs are 3/4 inch long and my bald patches are filling in. My skin has typically always been prone to breaking out as well and since being on these it has been so clear. I haven’t changed my skin care regimen one bit but I have less breakouts. They’re very soft and chewy and taste like lemon. You do need to take these consistently to see long term results. I took a couple week break while moving and noticed my breakouts came back in those weeks probably due to stress, lack of sleep, and not taking these. I will continue to buy this long term

Exactly what I wanted
This stuff has saved my hair! I recently had a lot of hair loss due to an extremely stressful year. I thought I was going bald! I went to the dermatologist they confirmed it was stress hair loss and recommended trying biotin. After researching many other brands, this one stood out for the minimal ingredients and the safety. I love that it isn’t a huge list of ingredients and added vitamins since I already take a multivitamin. I have had no gastrointestinal side effects, which is surprising, since I tend to have a sensitive stomach. I have been taking this stuff for about six months now. My hair loss is minimal now and I no longer mourn every shed piece of hair in the shower. I have noticeable baby hairs coming in and my scalp shows less. My nails and skin have also improved in health and brightness. The lemon taste is good but does have a bit of an unpleasant smell that you have to ignore. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to say that I’m super picky about the taste of my gummies when it comes to supplements because I genuinely think that most supplemental gummies taste like absolute a$$, and let me tell you— this one taste absolutely amazing! I got introduced to this brand five years ago during the postpartum period of my first child and I went back looking for it half a decade later for the birth of my second 🙏🏼I noticed it seems to be effective in building milk supply as I’ve taken it for both pregnancies in order to help build milk for breastfeeding and they’ve seem to help to worked perfectly for me. I genuinely love taking these supplements whereas I used to dread taking supplements overall.I highly recommend this brand!
