    Decent-good product, high price

    Effect in the relm of sleep aide was decent (I personally had better results w/400mg mag glicinate alone)But the price isn’t sustainable long term for most people. Still love the brand!

    Love this based on early use. Great sleep and my overnight stress levels have gone down based on my Garmin feedback.

    The best sleep

    I swear by this stuff. It is all natural and does not have melatonin, so I do not feel groggy in the morning and I achieve great sleep scores when I take it. I dream very vividly, which I like, and I am able to also have good deep sleep.

    would give it no stars if i could-I like this brand-but this does not work-save your money

    Expensive but worth it.

    Just buy it. I am non-sleeper and this works and has stopped the 3am wake ups for me. It took a couple weeks to fully kick in so give it the full month. but it has worked so well for me. Expensive but worth it.
