    Great pre workout stack!

    I mix this into my morning pre workout drink and I can definitely feel the difference. It’s flavorless, so it mixes well. I seem to get fatigued less during long runs so it’s definitely a must for my daily supplement stack.

    Great for muscles and gut health

    This was recommended to me by my friend. Her trainer started her on it and she told me how good it was for muscle recovery that she bounces back after heavy lifting days so much faster since starting this. I was not expecting it to help my GI issues with celiac but it has helped me so much! I have noticed a huge difference at the gym with my recovery time from very intense workouts also. It cut down on that big time. That has also helped with my strength since I’m not as sore I’m able to do more. It took a few weeks to really start to notice the changes of recovery , strength and endurance from taking this but right away I noticed how it was helping my gut health. It has anti inflammatory properties. This brand was also recommended by the trainer for their high quality products. Will definitely be ordering again and this is now part of my workout supplements.

    Working well

    One week in and I feel pretty good. I take a daily dose before my first meal along with a probiotic and I’ve noticed improvement with digestion and regular bowel movements. Very little to no taste. Dissolves well.

    Not for me

    This product is not for me. Although I rave about their Creatine and Protein Powder, the Glutamine just doesn’t work well with my stomach. After adding into my protein shake, this gave me the worst nauseous feeling. I knew it had to be the Glutamine b/c I made the same shake the next day without it and was fine. The following day I tried another shake with it and had that same nauseous feeling creep up. I’ll keep taking the Creatine and Protein powder as both work well with my stomach and cause no adverse effects.

    This is my first time trying a glutamine supplement, and I’m really impressed. It dissolves easily and works well. I’ve noticed better recovery and overall feel after workouts. Definitely a great addition to my routine.
