Energy boosting
I got this to try in conjunction with my weight loss journey. It’s a hefty dose so I started with 1 pill daily. After two weeks, I increased to 2. I absolutely feel an energy boost about an hour after that lasts about 6 hours. It doesn’t make me jittery just feel like I need to be doing things and so I find I’m sitting less and moving more. I am happy with the label and ingredients. It’s a great product!I didn’t give 5 stars because I haven’t taken the whole 3 pill dose yet. I’ll update in a few months with any age-related improvements I notice.
