Huge dosage
Supplements come in a huge plastic jar. The top lid is sealed with shrink wrapped plastic. Upon opening the jar, there’s indeed supplements, however I’m usually used to the supplements having some form of moisture protection like silica gel or cotton and so far I haven’t seen that.The jar has NSF certifications listed for the supplements and upon checking the respective websites it seems legit. The ingredients are also pretty minimal, there’s nothing really in here besides the MSM.As for the actual supplements themselves, you’re supposed to take 3 pills for the full dosage but I typically take half dosages myself. So far, I personally have not noticed any negative side effects. Everyone has a different body though so they may react differently. There is no aftertaste to these pills and I found them pretty average sized to swallow.So far I’ve been taking for several days, I typically take MSM regularly at half dosages like I said and I haven’t noticed the overall effects of MSM change anything else in me. I take it more so for skin care than joint pain.For the money, getting a huge jar seems like it’s worth it, however because the full dosage of these is so high you’ll find yourself running out of these pretty quickly. Unless you’re taking half dosages you might find better value elsewhere, but for those that do, this is pretty alright otherwise.

I’m impressed because this supplement does exactly what it claims: pure MSM and nothing else. There are no added B6 or B12 megadoses, no prebiotics or probiotics, just MSM delivered cleanly and transparently. It’s made in the U.S., the company has a legitimate presence online, and the packaging and web information feel professional.The capsules are a standard size with no unpleasant odor, taste, or aftertaste. Three capsules equal 2 grams, so you can take the full dose at once or split it throughout the day depending on the dosing used in different studies.I can’t vouch that MSM will work for everyone. Review the research for the conditions you care about. What I can say is that My Life Naturals presents MSM in a clear, straightforward, and honest way, which I appreciate.

This is a bottle having 360 670mg MSM gelatin capsules, not 2000mg capsules as suggested by the headline on the product page. Fine print reveals that the manufacturer is suggesting to consume dose of 2000mg MSM per day, which requires ingesting 3 capsules.The bottle asserts that these have been 3rd party lab test, which sounds great, but fails to mention what it is tested for or anything about the results and/or outcome of the purported testing.Otherwise, this looks pretty much as shown on the product page.Consuming these had no perceptible effects, but none are expected- the benefit, if any, will be presumably long term.

I’ve taken MSM for over a decade, and these MSM pills seem fine. Like most people, I don’t have any lab equipment or knowledge about how to even tell these are truly MSM. I take them every morning and have no truly valid way of knowing if they are working or if they are what they say they are.I like that they are made in the U.S. and feature symbols and claims on the package that help reassure buyers that they are what they say they are and that they are safe. I like that they are certified by NSF and cGMP. They don’t have an odd smell or taste compared to my other MSM.When it comes to the topic of vitamins and supplements, part of the buying process always has to involve trust. You’re putting something into your body. You have to be able to trust the company making them to not be selling you a fake product. This company has recognized that and has done their best to not have any grammar mistakes on their Amazon listing or product packaging. They have logos to try to show the buyer they are trustworthy. And it “looks” trustworthy. Is it though? I have no idea. I’m going to choose to believe it, and rate these 5 stars.

Made in the USA & 3rd Party Lab Tested
When choosing a supplement, I have a few requirements. It must be made in the USA, manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, and tested by a third-party lab. This ML Naturals MSM supplement meets all of my requirements. The listing mentions that it is manufactured in an NSF-certified facility, which is a more stringent certification than GMP. However, NSF-certification automatically includes GMP-compliance. The supplement label does not have the NSF emblem, which is odd if it is truly NSF-certified. I searched for the supplement as well as ML Naturals and My Life on the NSF website to verify certification, but did not find the product, brand, or company listed. I believe the NSF-certification may only apply to the manufacturing facility used to produce the supplement and not the supplement itself. The label has emblems for manufactured in the USA and third-party lab tested. As a middle-aged couple, my husband and I both experience aches and pains in our joints. We take MSM for its anti-inflammatory properties. I like to pair MSM with Glucosamine Chondroitin. My personal experience with this combination is that it works well together and I experience less pain in my joints. The supplement is free of gluten, wheat, yeast, soy, corn, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, salt, sodium, sugar, preservatives, artificial flavor and artificial coloring. Please note that MSM contains sulfur, which is an allergen for some people. Each bottle will last 120 days at the suggested daily serving size of three capsules. I find the capsules to be a common size and easy to swallow. At the current price of $19.99, the cost per serving is $0.17. The expiration date is 35 months in the future, allowing plenty of time to use the supplement before it expires.

I am impressed with this supplement for one major reason: it advertises itself as MSM and that is what it delivers. MSM and nothing but. No obscene amounts of vitamins B6 or B12 thrown in, no prebiotics or probiotics casually mixed in. I appreciate that it is offering something and not muddling it up with other things. I want to try MSM for my shoulder joint pain; I don’t want to overtax my kidneys straining unneeded things out of my system.Okay, that said, I also appreciate that this is made in the U.S., the company has a legal presence, and a web presence. Note that the second letter in their website address is an L not an I, so it is M(y)L(ife)Naturals.net.The capsules are standard sized, and I noted nothing about them I didn’t like. No bad odor, no unpleasant taste, no aftertaste. Three capsules provides 2 grams, so you can either take it all at once or take it spaced out over the day, or even take a slightly lower dose. This is nice because studies have been done at different doses for different issues.So in short, I can’t say that MSM works. Do your research on the studies that have been done and see if there is anything there that speaks to you. But I do appreciate what My Life Naturals has done with this presentation; it’s clean, straightforward, and to the point.

Easy to Take
These MSM capsules are easy to take. They’re a little on the large side (see photo) but not huge. The recommended dose is three capsules daily, so taking them one-at-a-time, with a good gulp of water after each, makes it much easier.I like that the lot number and expiration date are printed on the bottle but wish they were more legible.These capsules are tasteless and have no odor. They don’t upset my stomach. I’ve been using MSM for joint pain for a long time, and this seems to work as well as any I’ve had (in conjunction with other measures, as always).The reason for the four star rating is the lack of direct contact information on the labeling and that there is no clear way to discover whether the “Third Party Lab Tested” claim is true.This 360 count bottle is a good deal, as you get a four-month supply (based on three capsules per day).
