Easy to swallow gel caps
I like how they are the right size for swallowing, not too big for me. Been only taking for a couple of weeks now, and haven’t noticed any significant difference yet, except I seem to sleep a little better. Will keep going thou because I think they are working.

Not the benefit I expected
I really can’t speak on the affects it has for mental clarity. I personally have not noticed a huge boost in anything other than it helps me stay focused during those afternoon periods where focus gets hard for me but not by much.What it EXCELS at is the ability to create a VILE smell that comes from your behind. My farts could clear out a large room with the smallest puff of air whenever I take these things. For that alone I rate 3 stars. Probably won’t buy anymore though.

I should sell this!! Coughing has been keeping me awake at night so mornings I am dragging myself out of the bed——UNTIL—— I take 2 capsules on an empty stomach. Within minutes I am ready to face the world!! No fogginess, no searching for words, no yawning.Focusing was always a problem with an ADD brain. This has replaced my prescription meds! Pretty amazing. Baby boomers need this! I even suspect it would help those in the beginning stages of dementia. Thank you MLP for a product that as a sales person, I could certainly sell. Lmk if your hiring 😊

CAUSED SEIZURES
My husband has epilepsy that is so well controlled that he hasn’t had seizures iin years. He started taking this in March/April and began having seizures on this supplement. At first we stopped the supplement to see if the seizures would stop – and they did. Then he took it again and sure enough the seizures came back on the days that he took it. SO if you have epilepsy – DO NOT TAKE THIS PRODUCT.
