This is a 30:1 extract which according to the label gives you the same as 7500 mg of milk thistle seed. Doing a little shopping around this seems like a good value. These check off all the boxes…usa made, gmp facility, vegetable capsule instead of gelatin, etc. They aren’t any bigger than other pills so I find them just as easy to swallow. They have a smell to them but I guess that is just what milk thistle smells like. I’ve never actually noticed any smell or taste when swallowing them though. I think these pills are a good source for milk thistle if you are trying to detox.

This is probably the best milk thistle I’ve had, it’s full spectrum and at a pretty high potency ratio. The seeds in particular are meant to be good for liver detoxing, which is a little hard to gauge, though if it works at all I’d imagine it should with these.This stuff looks like good quality, comes in a tinted glass jar for UV protection, is made in the USA, is GMP certified and made in a FDA-registered facility.This one is definitely worth considering when shopping for milk thistle extract, it’s a little pricier, but it does check all of the boxes that many other brands likely do not.

I added this to my wellness routine because it is good for your liver and I used to have a really fatty liver. I got rid of my fatty liver with the use of supplements and diet changes. I am taking this in the hopes of keeping my liver healthy. This causes no stomach upset and I have not noticed any weight loss. The capsules are a standard size and pretty smooth. They taste and smell of nothing really so the one you have to take is pretty easy to swallow. I think these are effective and worth taking. I would get these again. I would recommend these to anyone trying to keep their liver healthy.

I was so excited to find this brand! I love that the product came in a glass bottle (In bubble wrap so it arrived safely.)& It’s been a smooth experience from the start. I like how clean and simple the bottle looks, nothing flashy. The capsules themselves feel small & easy to swallow which I always appreciate.They don’t have any strong smell either. I’ve had other plant-based supplements that had kind of a grassy or bitter scent, but this one has like almost no smell noticeable.I take one capsule in the morning with a glass of water, and it’s just become part of my routine. I am taking these for the possible liver benefits.I also like knowing the ingredients are minimal. I checked the label and it’s really just the milk thistle extract and the capsule, no weird fillers or stuff I can’t pronounce. That matters to me. It just feels like something I can trust.So far I haven’t had any negative effects at all. The capsules are small in size, the bottle seals well, and I like that I don’t have to take multiple a day. Not only does it hit all of the marks for being made in the U.S. in a GMP certified facility, all natural, vegan and organic/non-GMO, but it is also completely free of fillers and even comes in a high quality dark colored glass bottle to preserve the quality of the supplement. I also appreciate that this is a single herb formula, which I do find can be a little harder to find at times, particularly of this high a quality.The supplement itself has a distinctive odor, almost pickle-like, but has no discernable taste going down or after taking it. Dosage is just one capsule a day, which I also really appreciate, and the caps are a standard size and go down easily. I have not had any noticeable side effects or tummy upset since starting this.At the current listing price of just under $25 for a full three-month supply(!), this is an amazing value! Particularly coming presented in a glass bottle. This company has since been added to my list of favorites.
