Not sure it’s doing anything
I bought this hoping this would help resolve some digestion issues and support liver function but honestly I can’t tell if it’s doing anything. It wasn’t terribly expensive so for it being a trial and error kind of thing, I’m not disappointed in the price. I do like that the dosage is only 1 capsule instead of two because they are on the bigger side of the pill scale. I did not experience any side effects, discomfort or anything that would have me running for the hills – definitely a plus. I also did not experience any taste at all so if you leave the capsule in your mouth for a few moments, you won’t grossed out. (Likely because it’s a veggie capsule instead of a compressed powder tablet). The packaging is durable and the ingredients appear to be high quality – I just have not seen any changes in my overall health so I am not 100% convinced at the effectiveness of the supplement. I’ve been at it for 30+ days so I’m going to stay up with it until I run out and reassess

Easy Addition to My Daily Supplement Routine
I’ve tried quite a few supplements over the years, and I appreciate when one doesn’t make my routine any more complicated than it needs to be. These capsules are easy to take, and I haven’t had any issues with the taste, aftertaste, or my stomach.I also like the combination of milk thistle with inositol and turmeric rather than getting just a single ingredient. The vegetarian formula is another nice touch.Obviously I’m not expecting to pop a capsule and somehow “feel” my liver being detoxed, and claims like that are always something I take with a grain of salt. I mainly wanted this as a straightforward liver-support supplement that fits easily into what I’m already taking.So far, that’s exactly what it has been. Simple, convenient, and one I’ll happily finish the bottle of.

This is a straightforward supplement and easy to take. The capsules are a good size and don’t leave any weird aftertaste. The bottle lists 300 mg of milk thistle extract per serving, standardized to 80% silymarin, plus a blend of vitamin C, inositol, pueraria root extract, L‑methionine, and turmeric extract. The pueraria is standardized to 10% puerarin, and the turmeric is 95% curcuminoids, so the label is pretty clear about what’s in it.It’s a vegetable capsule, and all the other ingredients are listed right on the bottle. The serving size is one capsule, and you get 90 capsules, so it lasts a while. I’ve been taking it as part of my regular routine, and it hasn’t caused any side effects for me.It’s a simple milk thistle supplement with a detailed ingredient list and easy‑to‑take capsules…..so I like it.

Easy to take and a good value at a 90 day supply for under $20.
These milk thistle capsules arrived sealed and with a good shelf life. Dosage is small at one capsule a day. With 90 capsules in the plastic bottle this is a 3 month supply for the current price of $19.99 which I find to be a good value. The capsule was easy to take, had no after taste, and has not caused me any stomach upset. I’ve been taking these for a couple of weeks now and although I cannot say for certain that they’re helping I am not feeling any worse. As with most natural supplements it may take a couple more weeks or another month before I feel that they’re helping or not.This supplement contains 300 mg of milk thistle, 200 mg of inositol, 68 mg of pueraria, 50 mg of wormwood, as well as Vitamin C, L-Methionine, Clove, & Turmeric. I had to look up the benefits of both inositol and pueraria and found that inositol is a type of sugar that can influence insulin and brain chemicals. Pueraria can help with menopause. There are more benefits to both but those were most useful to me.The only reason I took off a star is because I didn’t see a country of origin for this product and would like to know.My Amazon rating system-Five stars-As described. May have a minor problem. Good to great value.Four stars-As described but may have a more noticeable flaw or problem. Or, not as good as value.Three stars-Good item. Has a flaw/problem that requires more work than should be invested in a product.Two stars-May be a good item with work. Or, doesn’t work for me but may for someone else.One star-Nope. They are easily swallowed, but with all supplements, please drink with a full glass of water to aid in the proper digestion and dispersement of the valuable nutrients. Good product, light dose, small print
I’m glad to be taking milk thistle for my liver health after having my gall bladder removed. This is a good size capsule and easy to swallow. It’s about the size of a pencil eraser with 90 in the bottle. Serving is 1 capsule with a meal, and each capsule appears to contain 300mg of Milk Thistle (which seems low compared to some 1000mg gummies that I also got)..The print on the bottle is extremely tiny, but complete, for the nutritional facts and instructions. Milk thistle comes in so many forms of pills, chewable pills, gummies, capsules, tea, etc that the capsule is not really my first choice.

I cannot recommend these generic supplements. It could conceivably hold the listed amounts of Vitamin C, Milk Thistle Extract, Inositol, Peuraria Extract, L-Methionine, Turmeric Peuraria & Inositol, Wormwood Extract, and Clove Extract. Not sure why Inositol and Peuraria Extract are listed separately and then with turmeric. Anyway, like I said, it could conceivably have all of that in it. There are 90 capsules so that’s a 90-day supply. They are not large but those ingredients in those amounts could be in there provided there are no fillers. There are some fillers. I’m just going by what’s on the label. I didn’t take these. I’m not going to take these. I don’t recommend you take these unless you are okay with not knowing origins and things like that. Disposing of it was fast and easy.

The Lipococo milk thistle supplements are a great product. This supplement combines milk thistle for liver health with vitamin C, turmeric for inflammation support, and inositol, all in one capsule. I have been taking milk thistle for a long time, and I like to try different brands. I especially like that this brand only requires taking one capsule a day. You receive 90 capsules for a 90-day supply. These capsules are easy to take and have been gentle on my stomach.
