Convenient but odd tasting…

I got these for that digestion benefits. I liked the blend of ingredients and figured even if it didn’t help it couldn’t really hurt.I haven’t really noticed an improvement in my digestion. My stomach is still as iffy and difficult as it always was. This may simply be because I haven’t been taking the supplements long enough (2 weeks) but so far it’s not offering any dramatic benefit.The taste is pretty awful. The only thing that saves it is that there’s a strong cinnamon taste mixed in which kind of tempers all the awful. But it’s still pretty awful. I just put the dropper to the back of my throat squeeze it and hope for the best. Lol.It doesn’t really bug me because I’ve always considered bad tasting medicine to be better medicine.. which is completely unscientific, but that’s the way my brain works. Maybe it’s that whole Mary Poppins spoonful of sugar mentality.Speaking of the dropper.. I actually find taking liquid supplements to be super convenient. Easier than swallowing pills and you don’t need to have a drink right next to you. It’s actually super simple and I would think probably absorbs a lot better.Now on to a positive… I’ve lost 5 pounds. I wasn’t even trying. I don’t know if this is what caused it but I know that it correlates with the time I started taking it. I honestly don’t care what it tastes like if it helps me lose weight, lol.

Tolerable taste/ Easy to take

I have been taking it just a few weeks. A few drops under the tongue each morning. The combination cuts back on buying a bunch of bottles. The taste isn’t too bad, slightly spicy. I have had an increase in energy. I will review again after completion of the 1st bottle.
