Mix this with juice or coffee to avoid any taste issues, otherwise it seems to work.
The flavor is a little earthy but tolerable (I like beets which probably helps). I would like it better if the dropper had measurement marks so I could make sure I am getting the correct dosage every time. Thankfully, I have a dropper that has the .5 and 1 ml marks that I am using for dosage. So far after taking for a little over a week, I feel like I have more energy and I am sleeping better at night. I think it is a little early to determine how well it is helping with heart health and circulation (no changes in the heart rate monitoring on my watch) and my blood pressure is normal for me. I do like that there is a higher concentration of ingredient than many of the other suppliments of this type. My immune health is typically very good so it would be hard to tell if this is helping any since I rarely get sick. I will say this is easier to take if it is mixed into juice. I drink a small bottle of orange juice every morning so I have been adding this to my morning OJ and don’t even notice any change in the flavor of the OJ. The price is comparable if not some what less expensive than most of the similar products so I would say it is a good value. Time will tell how much this impacts my health, but it feels like it is helping a little already.

Promising Ingredients, Confusing Label – I’m not sure if I trust this product.
I was hopeful about this beet root formula – it includes a list of ingredients often associated with cardiovascular and inflammatory support. The flavor is “earthy” but manageable, especially mixed into a drink, and it didn’t upset my stomach. Those are all wins.However, the packaging and dosage instructions make this supplement hard to trust. The dropper has no measurement markings, which makes accurate dosing guesswork. The box and bottle list different serving instructions, which could lead to confusion.The label includes very vague wording in the “Other Ingredients” section, which doesn’t inspire confidence.While I appreciate the third‑party testing and the variety of beneficial botanicals included, clarity matters when it comes to supplements – especially those supporting heart health.If the manufacturer corrects the inconsistencies and improves labeling, I’d consider trying it again. For now, it’s just not quite there.

I have been taking the drops for a month now and like it. The liquid/drop format is easy to take since it doesn’t require swallowing pills. As I said on another MILIVOL product, it can be difficult to know if any multi-liquid vitamin drops are really doing everything they are saying. But MILIVOL’s 11 in 1 drops differ in that. The beet root in their products have seemed to help with fatigue (especially here in winter time and holiday times). I can noticeably feel more awake. So for that alone, it was worth getting. I enjoy the versatility in being able to so far, drop it in plain water, flavor-enhanced water and milk with it coming away simply mildly sweet and not overpowering.As far as the other ingredients go in plain water:The garlic is extremely mild, as well as the Red Spinach. You can notice the Cayenne Pepper is there, but not spicy in the least (and I do not like spicy stuff in general). Ginseng is usually not typically very strong, nor is Green Tea. This mix is very complimentary to each other. One should think that as effective as the beet root aspect was effective, everything else should be okay too. Overall, it is a bit sweet, like the MILIVOL 12-1 item I also had purchased (and worth a look).

I do like liquid supplements better as I feel they are absorbed better than pills for me. I like that they have a good amount of D3 & K2 together in this mixture. Be sure to shake before using. Instructions say keep in cool dry space, I am not certain if it needs to be refrigerated or not. I do not like that the dropper does not have markings on it for dosage. It is confusing for dosage as box says 1 ml 2-3 times a day, and bottle says 5 ml. which doesn’t add up. It was marked with an expiration date of 06/28. The box was nicely sealed as well as the drops. I like that it is 3rd party tested that makes me more assured that it contains what it is supposed to contain. I won’t be taking this supplement because of the confusion about the dosage, the unmarked dropper and the fact that it was made in China makes me question the quality.

3rd party tested, reasonable price
There’s only one thing I didn’t like about the supplements, and that is that the dropper doesn’t have a .5ml marker on it. I have plenty of other droppers that do, but they should definitely be fixed by the manufacture. I suppose it’s also a problem that the box directions says to take 1 mL one or two times a day, when the serving is really .5 ml. But the bottle itself has it right, it says to take .5 ML daily. So since I don’t keep the boxes, I don’t mind that the box has it wrong. I’ve included pictures to show this. I didn’t take off for this, I like the fact that the box was really well wrapped, as well as the bottle sealed, so I gave them some leeway on the box directions.What I really like about this is the third-party testing. That definitely puts it above average for me. Almost everything is non-GMO and GMP and vegan but the third-party testing to me is what guarantees that you’re getting what you think you’re getting. Something could be made in a really good facility with really good methodology, but the ingredients aren’t where they’re supposed to be, production quality doesn’t matter.For the ingredients, there’s a wide range of anti-inflammatories, and a pepper, which seems to improve the absorption of many things. It also has a good daily dose of vitamin D3 and K2, And in fact, it’s a decent price for that alone. I think this is a really good supplement to take with a bunch of.

This product contains an assortment of ingredients that have been known to be healthful, especially beet root. I like that it contains vitamin D3 along with K2. I found the product to taste a somewhat bitter, however, this is not unusual for what it contains.The dropper included in the bottle unfortunately does not have any graduation markings to make sure that you are taking the recommended dosage. The serving size is supposedly 0.5 ml on the Supplement Facts panel, but 1.0 ml twice per day on the opposite side of the label.Also, the label states that “Other Ingredients” include “Vegetable” which seems like a very odd description in that it is very vague.Due to the concerns noted above, I would not purchase this product again.
