    Received this with a big hole in the inner seal and when I went to return it says I can’t. feel ripped off

    to ingesting creatine, which was extreme itching and rash on my forearms and back of arms.When I researched *side effects*, mine were mentioned as rare, and usually on armsI did go to Dr. for a prescription steroid cream, although I would have preferred Prednisone.This horrible itching has caused me sleepless nights and actual agony.And I only took a half scoop/day for about a week.At first, i thought I had mosquito bites, which I don’t usually get though.Then I realized that Creatine was the only thing different I had used, so I researched it.This is not returnable.FYI: IT IS GENERALLY REGARDED AS A SAFE PRODUCT FOR MOST

    Works great. I use a half dose only as I am a 50 year old woman who has not lifted in a couple years. I do only resistance and cycling and after 60 days my six pack and muscles were more defined and I felt stronger and it did wonders when managing muscle fatigue

    So far, so good. I just received this and I’m glad to say there’s no scent & no flavor. Very fine powder so it desolves nicely in whatever you add it to. I started with only 3/4 of a scoop in case it would upset my stomach, but I had no adverse reaction to adding it into my diet. I’m 54 and in menopause so I’m taking it to improve muscle, I’ll check back in a few months as to its effects.
