    I love this product!!! I can always tell when I haven’t taken enough omega 3 for the day; I tend to be more irritable and pessimistic and feel almost like there’s a dark cloud overhead, and those symptoms don’t take long to improve once a take a capsule or two. It makes that much of a difference in my anxiety and depression symptoms! (I do other things to deal with the conditions, but the omega 3 helps the most noticeably over the course of the day).
