VERY effective for me in a short time!! (Yes, I had b4 & after Labs drawn.) Awesome product! I bought them to reduce inflammation & they worked so well for that, …. I’ve personally purchased/used other Micro Ingredients products, so I was sure this foray into vitamins would be positive. Of the various types of Vitamin D3 there are, this one’s my new favorite. It’s not just a low-priced D3, but it tastes great (if you break the gel caps in your mouth). Just opening the bag released the strong scent of coconuts. It seems weird that vitamins would be in a resealable bag like this, but it’s part of their branding, and unlike bottles, if the gel caps get stuck to each other, just stick your hand inside — super easy compared to bottles. As I have come to expect of Micro Ingredients’ products, these are fabulous, affordable, and top quality.
