I picked this up because I wanted something simple for long workdays and gym mornings that did not feel like another stim-heavy supplement. I used a taurine softgel from Micro Ingredients for a little over two weeks, mostly with breakfast and a few times before cardio.What stood out first was how easy it was to take. The softgels go down smooth, no weird aftertaste, no fishy oil repeat, nothing annoying later. I noticed more of a steady, even feel than some big dramatic change. On a few mornings where I was dragging, it felt like I stayed a little more dialed in and less scattered. Not speedy, not buzzy, just smoother. That was actualy what I wanted.What I liked: simple routine, easy softgels, no stomach drama, and the bottle lasts forever. What I did not love: the effect is pretty subtle, so if you are expecting some huge preworkout-style jolt, this is not that. It also overlaps a bit if you already take CoQ10 or other daily “energy” stuff. And It;s a super large bag! WIll last forever. Ingredients seem good and effective.

I have to say I was excited to see this supplement come up on my Vine items. I immediately selected to try this. I have for years now recommended Co Q10 to my patients who take a statin; this supplement has Co-Q10 in it. Statins get a generally undeserved, bad rap for myalgias (muscle pain). Studies have more often revealed no correlation between the two than not. I cannot find one negative that would discourage me from taking this supplement or that would prompt me to discourage others from taking it. I started taking it several days ago and so far, I do feel more energized. Maybe this is a placebo effect, but I will still happily it, and so far, I do not feel any negatives.
