Well made supplement your body can actually put to use
The opportunity to try this product couldn’t have come at a better time. I recently completed IV iron therapy due to critically low ferritin adn iron saturation levels. What they don’t tell you up front, is that certain brands of IV iron, cause your kidneys to excrete your phosphate stores. I was not feeling better, in fact I was starting to feel worse, so I did some research and discovered I most likely needed a P-5-P supplement. Then this micro encapsulations brand popped up as an option to try and I can confirm, after more than 30-days of use, this is a good product!I appreciate that this supplement uses the active form of vitamin B6 (P5P) along with methylated B12, making it a thoughtful choice for those who prefer bioavailable forms of these nutrients. The softgels are easy to swallow, and the addition of MCT oil is a nice touch. The large bottle provides an excellent value, lasting much longer than many comparable products. Supplements for health are very iffy to say the least. I have been taking for a week but I have not noticed Much improvement on how my energy levels and the absorption of my supplements are working. We’ll give it another couple weeks and may change my review

This has been a decent P5P product. I use it tangentially to control prolactin issues as I have a medical issue.Many people report side effects to P5P, I haven’t had any from this brand. No mental or gut issues.The pills are clean and high quality. Go down easy. No off-putting tastes or odors.Value is good for quality brand so you know what you’re getting.Beware imposters, I’ve seen fake brands completely spoof microingredients.Overall I recommend this product if you’re looking for quality P5P.

Plenty of Softgels to give you the time see if these will work for you
I guess I wasn’t paying as much as I thought I was when I ordered these. I was surprised when they arrived in a pouch instead of a bottle. It is clearly shown in the photos that it in a pouch and not a bottle. I can see the advantage of this as they are well sealed like this as they have to be torn or cut to open them. There is also a zip closure to keep the pouch sealed. My concern is that they can be easily crushed and popped open if during shipping something heavy is sat on them or in a shipping box with other items that could collide with them causing some burst softgels.The softgels are very small and easy to swallow. I took the recommended dose of two softgells and found I did have unwanted some side effects of cramps that sent me running for the bathroom. I have cut down to one softgel and that doesn’t give me any side effects. I will stick with that dose for another week then try increasing and see if that will work better by slowly increasing the dose for me. I do feel a bit better with energy as my levels of energy had been really low. I’m still tired but no longer falling asleep every time I sit down. Hopefully when I increase to the full dosage my energy will pick up more. I like the quality of these with the MCT oil being an added befit.The only downfall I have with these is the packaging being the pouch and not a bottle. I know some will like this but I find them difficult to store with my other supplements and medications I take. Otherwise I find the ingredients good and there is plenty for the price to last for 4 months. This gives you time to see if these are going to truly work for you before placing another order.
