So far so good.
After flavor tastes like vegetable oil. No big deal. Easily swallowed. has ingredients like inositol which aids in conception. Has ferrous bisglycinate which helps your ferritin levels and has the methylated form of folate. No odor. Smaller than most prenatal vitamins. Do need to take a boost of DHA/ Omega 3s. Noticed an improvement of how I feel when I ovulate. Less headaches. Will continue to use for now. I have been recommending this product to my friends because i feel more alive.

Ingredients aren’t real
I have been taking this prenatal daily for 7 months. During that time, I failed multiple vitamin D blood tests with extremely low values. I also developed iron deficiency anemia. With the quantity of vitamin D and iron present in these supplements, there should have been no chance of me suffering these issues. However, switching to another brand immediately fixed my issue. That lead me to wonder whether or not the ingredients in these prenatal are actually real or effective.Turns out they’re probably not. The listing repeatedly mentions 3rd party verification of ingredients but no certification is present. After reaching out to them to ask why, they refused to specify who performs these tests, what they test for, or their methodology. They insist an unknown 3rd party does test them but outright refuse to provide additional information. Not only that, they are currently under legal scrutiny in California for refusing to comply with Prop 65 and disclosing that their powdered supplements contain lead. The claim that they are made in the USA is also disingenuous, as the ingredients are manufactured in and sourced from China. They are only assembled in California. Unfortunately, this brand is likely misleading consumers with vague promises, knowing that consumers have no legal recourse because they did not make any legally binding statements. Sad.

BEST PRENATAL!
This is my go to prenatal! The dosage of all the vitamins and minerals in this are amazing levels, especially for the price you pay! So many prenatals up charge because they know we need their product, I really appreciate how affordable this is. The pills are a normal size and very easy to swallow. This container lasts me 2 months!

Good quality of ingredients but low on some important ingredients
It’s off to a really good start but is extremely low in choline and DHA which are critical in pregnancy. It’s also very low on calcium but the quality of the ingredients it has and the fair price is why I will continue to use. I supplement with choline supplements and fish oil for DHA. I drink a lot of goats milk for the calcium. Just things to be aware of. There really isn’t an odor and easy to take.

Best Clean Ingredient Prenatal!
I’ve searched high and low do a prenatal with clean ingredients, folate (not man-made folic acid) and with DHA! This has helped me through my prenatal, pregnancy and nursing stages! I still take it today! It’s valuable for a great price! The pill size is normal and easy to swallow. High quality with no taste.

I’ve been taking them for a while now and I can actually feel the difference I have more energy, less fatigue, and I just feel better overall. I also love that they use methylated forms, so the vitamins are easier for the body to absorb.The only downside is that the taste is a little strange, but you get used to it. And yes, you have to take three capsules a day, but it’s totally worth it for the results.I’ve continued taking them after pregnancy as well, just in a smaller dose, and they still help a lot. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for something clean, effective, and supportive. Highly recommend!

Amazing For Hair Health!Amazing For Hair Health!
I ordered these after noticing a significant increase in shedding and thinning around my hairline. My iron levels were at the lowest end of normal, and from research I learned that anywhere below 50-60 can cause or exacerbate hair loss. Within a few weeks I’ve seen far less hair in my brush and shower and my energy levels are high despite my long workdays, hard workouts, and nowhere near enough sleep. I just recently discovered this company and have been massively impressed with the quality and value. I hesitate to leave such positive reviews because I worry that if they blow up they will become unaffordable, but I’m using about six supplements and at 46 I feel more energetic than I did in my 20s! These are the only vitamins I have ever been able to take on an empty stomach without nausea. I do worry that some of the iron will be lost because I take them first thing in the morning and have half a protein shake before my workout, but it seems to be working if the reduced hair clogging my drain is any indicator.
