Good blend, but side effects
This product is a well rounded approach to cellular energy and overall cell health. The Liposomal NAD+ and added ingredients all tackle energy levels and there is certainly an appeal to adding this as a daily supplement. The capsules themselves were easy to take with minimal flavor. They are also smooth and relatively odorless. Unfortunately, upon taking this product I had very strong nausea and twisting in my stomach that lasted for hours. I take many supplements and have not encountered this issue before. While this may just apply to me, buyers may want to consider starting on a smaller dosage and always having a full stomach when taking this product.

What drew me to…..
……this product was the ingredient Resveratrol, which was a key ingredient in a product I have taken for a few years. I paused this to give NAD+ a try. After a bit of research on some of the ingredients I didn’t readily recognize, I decided to give it a trial run. Now in evaluating supplements, it is not necessarily how good you feel, especially if you are already engaged in taking them, but if you start to feel off kilter after starting a trial, that may be your best indicator. In my case, I feel fine after a week now, lost 3 pounds working in the garden today in 90-95 degree heat, sweating profusely, in other words, a pretty normal day of shoveling dirt, screening, hauling up and down hill with wheelbarrows. Also spent about 45 minutes in the sun leveling a spot for an 8’ pool. So NAD+ is not getting in my way, and is perhaps assisting this 70 year old to accomplish whatever I want to, and go at it with vigor. I take all 3 pills in the evening before bedtime, notice no side effects, no aftertaste, and it is far cheaper than what I had been taking. I have about 3 weeks to go, after which I will evaluate if I want to continue.
