I purchased this on a whim after hearing about it on tik tok. I’ve taken it now for about three days. About an hour after taking the supplement, I start feeling more awake and it lasts throughout the day. I feel like I can think more clear when I take it. I don’t have as much brain fog. The bottle is big and the capsules are really easy to take. The serving size calls for 2 capsules and there are 240 capsules, so one bottle lasts approximately 4 months. It is a great supplement to take if you’re on the go all the time because it helps you focus. It does increase blood flow, so there is some facial flushing that I’ve experienced, but it is very mild and not intense.

It’s normal size capsules ease of swallowing. I ordered two but arrived one because Amazon paper package was broken. I wish use more strong shipping materials, not paper envelopes.
