Works very well on my skin to make it beautiful and smooth
An excellent product. I had skin flap surgery on my ankle and blood circulation is not great in the ankle area. So skin was taking too long to heal. I researched supplements to heal faster.What I read and also experienced was that ALA makes my skin heal faster, reduces anxiety in my brain nerves, reduces pain in my ankle nerves, and drops my blood sugar a bit too. All areas that speed up healing. As a bonus, it makes skin on my face glow. ALA is great for my skin. I had no issues using this 3 x day for a total of 600 mg per day. I take it 30 mins before a meal for max absorption. Normally, I would not take a high dose or even take it at all, but it is a very nice adjunct therapy for healing after surgery. Love it. Highly recommend.

Natural Product With a Lead Warning
I bought this beet powder because it was advertised as a natural product, and I expected it to be something I could use with confidence. After it arrived, I carefully read the label and was shocked to see a California Proposition 65 warning stating that the product may expose consumers to **lead**, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.If I had known this before purchasing, I would not have bought it. I do not feel comfortable consuming a product with this warning, especially one I intended to use as a daily supplement. I also contacted customer service to request a refund, but I was told the product could not be returned.I am sharing my experience so other customers know to read the label carefully before buying. I believe this warning should be made much more visible on the product listing so customers can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, this product was not what I expected, and I would not purchase it again.

SMALL ENOUGH TO SWALLOW – LARGE ENOUGH DOSE LEVELS PER UNIT
I love these because they do provide the coconut base. If you do your research Alpha Lipoic Acid enters the body unstable and tends to break down quickly losing its intended effect. Coconut oil does stabilize it. Also the capsules are extremely easy to swallow. They are more egg shaped and about 1/2 the size of a regular supplement. Price is fair. I can’t say that they are having the desired effect yet because I have only had been using them for about 2 months. But I do like them, and the potency level is 600 mg per unit. For diabetes you can take 3 per day which is what my medical team recommends. I like them.

Easy to take.
This product has worked well for me. The pills are easy to swallow and they have no real taste. It has helped me with my sciatica and neuropathy. My only concern is that it was delivered on a very hot day, 100°+, and the capsules slightly melted and got stuck to each other. I am taking my time breaking them apart and hope they will hold together. A better insulated package for delivery may help.
