    I have been working to make a come back from adrenal fatigue. This product was recommended by my health food shop owner. I take it daily at the start of the day and if I get extra stressed or start feeling fatigued, I will take one later in the day. At this point I feel mostly normal thanks to this product along with making necessary lifestyle changes to address the adrenal fatigue. I highly recommend it.
