This is a supplement stack
This stuff is hard to rate on my own. First, I’m not sure I ever noticed a difference. Second, I’m not sure I like the questions I have about the purity. The front of the package talks about “99.99%” purity – but there are over a dozen ingredients so I’m not sure what that’s related to. I suspect it’s just advertising and means nothing.The taste really isn’t great, but it’s not so bad that you dislike it. The methylene blue is easy to determine when you taste it if you’ve ever used a liquid supplement. The energy benefits and effectiveness are hard to determine though. It could all really just come from the B vitamins that are included.I really love taking all of my vitamins in gummy form and I find that the easiest way to use them. They also come in a pouch instead of a large plastic bottle, so I’m happy that there will be last waste in the landfill.The value seems good compared to others on the market. I’m not thinking that I would order them again though since I would prefer a single supplement over a stack.
