The flavor was pleasant and they were much easier than swallowing capsules.My husband took them hoping for better effectiveness, energy, and focus, but after taking them he felt super shaky and uncomfortable, so he did not want to continue using them. Because he only tried them once, we can’t really speak on the overall effectiveness long term.At $25.99 the price seems fairly average for this type of supplement, but we would personally be cautious because of the reaction he had.

I am new to methylene blue and was very excited to receive my order. Even though it arrived quickly, I spent the day of my order familiarizing myself with possible interactions and side effects. I am curious about the benefit of off label use as a nootropic, especially as related to staving off mental decline or assisting with brain health. As methylene blue acts as an MAOI inhibitor, there’s not just serotonin syndrome to be wary of, which is caused by mixing this with other serotonin effecting drugs (ie antidepressants). It’s not advised and could lead to dangerous levels.Also, one must be careful of consuming any tyrosine rich foods. Any aged cheeses (I didn’t know that even brined cheeses like feta could be tyrosine rich), fermented soy products like miso or tofu, anything fermented like kimchi or sauerkraut.I was recently on antibiotics so I am on a heavy rotation of foods that are fermented and off limits while taking methylene blue. I am still interested and plan on beginning when I am not in such need of fermented products.I like that these gummies are made in a GMP facility. I also like that they are sugar free and sweetened with stevia. I wish there was mention of any testing for heavy metals as there is lot a of talk online about fish tank dye preparations being sold in supplements. I have no idea if this is true, or how this product relates, I just think that if I could see test results of its safety, it would alleviate my concerns.There are 5mg in each gummy. They are easy to cut in half if one wanted to micro dose. When I begin taking it, I plan to start with 2.5mg (half of one gummy) to see how I react. I will update when I do.
