Mixed feelings
Ok, so…I need methylated supplements. This is great in that regard, but too much (or too little!) B6 gives me neuropathy pain. This stuff has way more B6 than I can handle.I can occasionally take this, but it can’t be an everyday thing for me.It’s worth checking out if you know what you actually need, but huge doses really don’t work for me.

Quality Ingredients
We all know that it’s hard to get enough B12 in your diet, so I was pleased to see this comes with B12, B6, and quite a few other beneficial vitamins, all in one. These have a neutral smell and taste, and absorb well with just a little bit of water. Because of the neutral taste, they are easy to swallow. I feel like this is priced very well compared to similar offerings at my local health food store. I’ll continue taking and update this review if needed, but for now I’m extremely happy!

I’ve been using NURAFUSE High Potency 5-MTHF for a few weeks, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in my energy levels and mental clarity. Very Reasonable Value – 150-Count Bottle – Methylated Forms Of Folate & B12
This supplement contains a nice variety of vitamins and minerals at pretty decent potencies. It includes Folate, B12, B6, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D3 to name a few. What really appealed to me was that this supplement contained the methylated forms of folate and Vitamin B12. I recently discovered through genetic testing that I have a gene variant related to MTHFR. That variation most likely impedes my ability to metabolize synthetic folic acid. So, right away after learning this, it was recommended to me to stop using folic acid and start taking methylated vitamins, especially those that contain methylfolate and methylcobalamin. It was also recommended for me to take additional B vitamins and watch my homocysteine levels. That all being said, I was excited to find this particular supplement that not only included the methylated forms of vitamins I was looking for, but also some added nutrients which could be potentially helpful. I prefer the bisglycinate form of magnesium, and I appreciate that they included the chelated form of that in this supplement. It really is an interesting combination.So far, I find the capsules easy to swallow, and I haven’t noticed any stomach upset or anything like that. There are 150 pills in the bottle, so I think this is a pretty decent value. I’m going to give these four stars for now, but if I have any further insights to share after finishing this bottle, I’ll be sure to update this review. One last thing I wanted to mention is that the description in the listing information states that this is made in the USA. I am not able to find that information on the actual bottle labeling, so I can’t really speak to that at the moment. I will try to do some more research about this brand.

Lo que más me llamó la atención de este suplemento fueron sus ingredientes, ya que no sólo es un multivitamínico, sino que tiene una combinación de 8 ingredientes, tales como la vitamina D, B12, B6, C, Magnesio entre otras, lo cual me gustó mucho.Me gusta que todos los ingredientes vienen etiquetados claramente, no hay nada de ingredientes extraños o confusos, y eso me dio más confianza.También estuve investigando en base a los ingredientes que contiene, en particular sobre: 5-MTHF, que yo no sabía nada al respecto, pero al parecer es una forma más fácil de que el cuerpo absorba más rápidamente el Folato que es la forma “activa” de la vitamina B9, que ayuda a la salud cerebral, el ánimo y tener más energía.Y me lo he estado tomando constantemente, ya que puede reforzar ciertas áreas del cuerpo.Al parecer en la publicación se menciona que en la cuarta semana se puede ver que se adquiere un poco más de energía, a las 6 semanas, una mayor concentración.Yo espero estar viendo resultados, y ciertamente no es un producto “milagroso”, pero lo puedo ir tomando como un suplemento a mi dieta.

So Far So Good for Someone w/ MTHFR
I have MTHFR and have been taking B-Complex Plus supplement for many years. Initially I started with a company my doctor recommended, then I found another brand which didn’t agree with my tummy, so I switched to a new one that has been working fine. I’m always looking for a great B-Complex Plus supplement that packs essential vitamins and doesn’t hurt my tumtum, so decided to give NURAFUSE 5-MTHF a try. I compared this brand to the ones I took before side by side and this one competes well; while there are a few things this brand doesn’t contain and there are some things this brand has at a much higher percentage. I noticed this one is white (all the other have been yellow) and slightly smaller. Luckily I haven’t noticed any adverse reactions since I switched to this brand, so will stick with it. This bottle will last me 5 months and it is very affordable, not to mention it is made in the US. However, it doesn’t mention whether it’s third party tested and that’s one of the things I check when purchasing supplements, so I may or may not repurchase this depending on how I do at the end of 180 day supply.

Buyer Beware
I’m somewhat fussy about what I put in my body, especially unregulated supplements like these. The company website and sales literature state “Made in USA”, but that appears nowhere on the label, just a “Distributed by” reference. Also, there is no 3rd party certification referenced on the label, just a made up stamp that says “Lab Verified”. How do you know what you are getting?I reached out to the company several days ago but have heard nothing. Until I do, I cannot recommend these supplements without certification and country of origin labeling.

Great B6, B12, Folate vitamin for people who can not methalosize vitamins.
If you’re looking for a super strong B vitamin, this is definitely the one. It packs a huge punch with 15mg of that special L-5-Methylfolate—it’s the pre-activated kind of Folate (B9), which is amazing if you have that MTHFR gene or just feel like regular vitamins don’t work for you. They also added B12 and B6, which seems to make the whole thing work better for boosting energy, improving your focus, and helping with mood. There are 150 of soft gel caps in the jar. They are rather big and hard for me to swallow. You can break them apart and hide them in a meatball (sit.. roll over..). Great high-dose option for the price.
