Decent gummies, but not worth the high cost
These are okay, but I would not say they are my favorite multivitamin gummies. The flavor is not bad, but it is not great either. The texture is a little grainy, which makes them feel more like a supplement gummy than a regular gummy. There is also the tiniest hint of fish on the back end, probably from the omega-3 anchovy, but thankfully there is no lingering aftertaste as I hate seafood.The good part is that they did not bother my stomach, which matters with vitamins. I also like the idea of getting a multivitamin, methylated B vitamins, omega-3, calcium, and greens together in one gummy, especially for picky eaters or teens who are not great about taking pills. On paper, the formula is pretty complete but I know that I’m not getting much of any one thing. I am hoping to fill in the gaps of what I am missing from my diet. THese are good for that.The issue is the value. At almost a dollar a day, I just do not think these are worth it. They are fine, but the texture, flavor, and slight fish note make the price harder to justify. If they were cheaper, I would feel better about them. As they are, they are decent, but not something I would go out of my way to buy again.

If there’s a vitamin hiding inside a pizza roll, we’re golden.That’s why this ingredient list caught my attention. There is a LOT packed into two gummies, including the usual vitamins and minerals along with calcium, methylated B vitamins, omega-3s, and even a super-greens blend. Better yet, the boys will actually eat them, which is rather important when the entire nutritional strategy depends on getting them past their mouths.My gripe is the bottle size. Two boys taking two gummies each means this 60-count bottle survives exactly 15 days in my house. I know stuffing all this into a gummy costs more than making an old-school multivitamin tablet, but at this rate I feel like the bottle is quietly asking, “You DO love your children, don’t you?” Touché, vitamin bottle. I appreciate that these Gummies are methylated as that is a better form of the vitamin. Just as the photo shows, they are a light green color with a blue center. These are visually appealing for kids and teens. It says they include calcium and omega-3 and are for kids age 12 through 17. They contain 22 vitamins and minerals, 500 MG super greens, and 200 MG growth blend. The flavor is mixed berry and they are sugar-free. They are also made in the USA and non-GMO, gluten-free, and gelatin free. They are made with Stevia extract, monk, fruit, and natural mixed berry flavor. The oil in them is coconut oil. I appreciate that they are made with these types of sugar substitutes that are healthier. They seem to be a good quality vitamin and have wild caught fish oil in them as well as organic veggies and super green mix. My kid tells me that they have a nice flavor to them. Given the quality ingredients these are a good value.
