These are a nice texture. I can’t speak to efficacy as I just started taking them. Another user stated they taste too floral, and I have to agree. However when taking them I do seem to feel better abd have more energy. Hopefully they are working! Update!: They are definitely working. Probably better than any vitamins I’ve ever tried. Methylated is the way to go! Love these!

These gummies are of good quality. Soft and chewy with pleasant flavor and no strange aftertaste and they are lightly scented like berry. The ingredients in the formulation are a nice combo. It is a multivitamin with a few extras such as the ashwagandha which is a helpful addition.The sale price makes it a great value and it has all of the information with certifications that I hope to find on the label of supplements like this one to assure me of the trustworthiness and quality of the product.

I started taking multivitamins everyday and have since tried a few different brands. I’ve tried chews and gummies and I can honestly say that by far the chews are the easiest and my favorite to take. These are not sticky so they won’t stick to your teeth and the taste is fruity but mild. There is no weird after taste or lingering in your mouth and no weird coating. I take 2 as recommended per the bottle and I have no complaints!
