This is a solid multi-vitamin that everyone in your family can use because it is dosed out in serving increments that accommodate young children to adults. As gummies, they are a convenient way to get your vitamins, and even though they taste good, they aren’t packed with sugar/calories. The orange taste is genuinely pleasant. They are comparable to other gummy vitamins in terms of vitamin breakdowns. They are going to give you most of what you need. However, they are lacking in a few areas (e.g. no vitamin B2, no potassium, no calcium, incomplete vitamin C and magnesium, etc.). So, these are more of a base or supplement than a 100% complete multivitamin. But, that is somewhat expected from a gummy vs. tablets. Overall, I like them but I find them to be a bit too pricey given that the amount you get is less doses than comparable products given that the serving size is 3 gummies (instead of the typical 2 servings).

This multi vitamin gummies taste while not fantastic but still ok. My main issue with it is its stickiness that tends to stick residual on teeth. Furthermore, in this hot summer days the surface of the gummies melted a little that makes them not just sticky together, but also feel very sticky when handled by hand.One thing to note, since this gummy is design for all ages, the severing size is three gummies per day for adults.

I love how this is a vitamin the whole family can take, and it feels really well made. What impresses me most is the range of ingredients. It’s not often I see a multi with a mushroom, antioxidant, and brain support blend, along with a veggies and greens blend, bone support, eye support, and immune support. I also like that the DHA is sourced from algal oil, so there’s no fishy taste. The orange flavor is delicious, and tastes like a fruit snack. They’re easy to chew, soft and leave no aftertaste.I also appreciate that they’re sugar free and sweetened with stevia and monk fruit. The quality feels great too. I like knowing they’re made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and lab tested. Having one bottle that works for different ages in the family is also really convenient, so I don’t have to keep separate bottles for everyone. I’m really happy with these. I think they are trying, perhaps successfully, to cover all the bases with this multivitamin gummy. It has absolutely everything in it- all the vitamins that people commonly want in a multivitamin, plus multiple other popular supplements. They are very comprehensive in the ingredients and in the detailing of them, for which I needed a magnifying glass.I think it’s great that they have the dosages listed for children, teens, and adults. It just makes life easier when you have a family not to have to buy multiple versions of supplements. I like that these are gummies, I hate taking capsules and pills and have been searching out as many supplements as possible in gummy form. Orange isn’t my top favorite flavor, but these are pleasantly soft and taste good and I enjoy taking them.
