Hands down the best multivitamin I’ve taken. I’m not normally a person who leaves reviews but this product has been so impactful for me that I felt the need to share. We’ve been looking for a good multivitamin for my husband for some time. We were really happy to see one from this company because of how effective their other supplements are! I love that it has special blends for eye health, heart, digestive, brain, prostate and energy support. This is a multitasking multivitamin. I am very impressed with these vitamins. I consider myself to be pretty knowledgeable about vitamins and I am very impressed with the ingredients. They used the most absorbable forms of most vitamins like the methyl versions of B12 and folic acid. They also use the natural version of vitamin E and not the dangerous synthetic version that most vitamins have. It even has the best version of B6. This vitamin keeps me from having to take a handful of vitamins per day that I was taking previously. I also does not have mega-doses of any vitamins like so many other multivitamins do.

Awesome supplement
Been taking these multivitamins for years, and we love them. They have all the right stuff at the right dosages. People complaining about the amount of capsules is recommended for daily intake, but 3 isn’t terrible for what you get with them! I have no issues with taking 3 capsules a day. I have more energy, less sicknesses, and overall feel like I am in my late 20’s again (I’m 40). Great product, and I do recommend them to friends and family.* Side note: I do wish more capsules were included for the price, maybe a 2 month supply versus just one. I’ve cut back to two capsules daily to save a bit of money and allow the supply to stretch a bit

This one is a powerhouse of vitamins, minerals and assortment of nutrients and the price is right. The one stickling point for me is that I dont feel any difference (good or bad) since I have been taking it. So I cant really tell if its real or not, hence the 4 stars.

Strong Vitamin Odor and Burps
Has a strong vitamin odor that nauseated me. It leaves after burps for quite a while afterwards. Otherwise, it seemed effective.
