Cheapest, Best-Absorbed 10mg Dose
If you’re considering this, you are concerned about certain genetic variations regarding the conversion of dietary folate into methylfolate that will end up in your brain. The current research says a very high dose is needed for those who have the “bad” genes.Regular methyfolate is not that easily absorbed. Quatrefolic is. The current research indicates a 15mg daily dose of regular methyfolate. I’m betting that a 10mg (or lower) dose of Quatrefolic will do the same job. It appears now that this product is the lowest cost 10mg dose of Quatrefolic.

Great Methylfolate Supplement – so nice that we can get what is basically generic Deplin over the counter without a prescription – thanks!Just FYI – if you really want the best in Methylfolate supplementation – get the injections. You need a prescription for it, and it’s kind of a pain, nobody likes needles, but if you can get the prescription and handle giving yourself injections – that’s the absolute best for methylfolate supplementation. This, however, is a solid second, works just as well as Deplin and better than any of the other over-the-counter Methylfolate supplements.

Less expensive alternative to Deplin that works great!
I have been taking these for almost 3 weeks and am very happy with the results. I had been taking Deplin samples before starting Methyl Life and haven’t noticed much of a change between the two. My insurance wouldn’t cover Deplin so my doctor suggested that I try Methyl Life. The tablets are very small and have a pleasant smell and taste (vanilla mint). I am also taking Jarrow brand Methyl B12. The combination of the two has helped me drastically. My mood swings, exhaustion, headaches, and other symptoms have improved greatly. I recommend this product to friends and family almost daily. Very happy with this product!

Life changer
Life changer. Suffered chronic migraine, anxiety, depression, and fatigue for years. After doctor prescribed a rx methylated b9 I opted to try this. It’s cheaper by far and didn’t have added dyes. I’m feeling better than I thought possible. I have a family member who started methyl folate and went her first 3 days without being suicidal! So much to gain and it costs less then the meds I used for migraine control.

I have been taking the methylfolate 10 for almost a year. It has allowed me to be off of my anti-depressants while still maintaining my recovery. It is also a lot more economical than the similar prescription medication available on the market.

I have been using this excellent product for a couple of years. My cardiologist suggested that I could use it. I have had no side effects and, with exercise, a multivitamin and an improved diet, I feel immensely more healthy.

The plastic strip around the cap to seal it was disturbed. When opened., cotton was sticking out from under the cotton and the seal was broken. Don’t feel safe to use the product.
