Great choice for a B12 supplement.
I am pleased with these. The taste is mild and pleasant. The pills themselves are tiny, and are easy to place under the tongue to dissolve, which is the recommended way to take B12. I have been using this product for about two weeks, and am definitely starting to notice better alertness, better mornings, and less bone-weary fatigue. These are not energy pills that you can just take one when you need an energy boost, but long-term steady use should provide positive results.

good grief….
i have to split them in half or i go on a tweak mission. i can feel it pouring into my veins as i suck on it. good thing i didnt swallow it whole. yea they work. really really really well. i dont have a deficiency or anything like that but due to a strange eating disorder my energy is down so i thought id pop one before i started cleaning the bathroom, just to see how it would work out. WHEW! 5 mins later after sucking one down to half the size. i was AMPED. the bathroom is clean, the kitchen is spotless and i started on the front yard before i ran out of juice 3 hrs later. THE COME DOWN. actually not bad, i just sort of gradually slowed down to a crawl. had alot of residual energy, enough to straighten the house and work on a few projects. i would assume as with anything that using these everyday would cause a acclimation or tolerance to the initial donkey kick. not for the feint of heart these are very good for what they are

To assist in it breaking down I bit it first. I love the fact that it is Vegan. As noted the taste is great. I like it because it is not synthetic. Repeat purchase! Helped raise my B12 levels
I started taking B12 vitamins because my doctor found I was a little deficient. She recommended starting a 1000mcg supplement. After some research I found that Methylcobalamin is the better form of B vitamin supplements to take, which then lead me to Natural Health Goodies here on Amazon. I’ve been taking these for over 6 months. My levels are great and I feel better overall. These are easy to take, taste decent, and are working, which is really all I care about. I recommend them and have been a repeat buying for months.

Complete Waste of Money
I am never buying this product again. I make up my pills weekly in a pill case for the entire week. I have never EVER had a single B12 pill melt on me like this one. I have been taking B12 under doctor’s orders for 5 years now. What a disappointment this product was!! The worst!
